My cousin moved into Serenity Care Wyoming. They treat him well, he's got a clean place, and the people are nice. If I go there, they wanna talk, or if I ever wanted to. They acknowledged me when I entered the building, so it was a pleasant environment. The rooms are very clean, they're remodeling the place he's in. He has a roommate. They have an adjoining bathroom with the other floor. So far, my cousin is very happy there. He enjoys the food, he goes to the dining room three times a day. They have a nice kitchen staff, they can sit where they want to sit. They have a calendar that's set up in the hallways and every little thing is going on. But my cousin doesn't get involved in any kind of social activities. They have a room with a big TV and everything. They have a barber that comes in once a week, and you just need to make an appointment.

Wyoming Manor was my least favorite of all. They did not expect me there, but they were very accommodating and very pleasant. The place was clean, and it was a smaller facility. It just did not have the same ambiance as the others. The residents seemed well cared for. Their menus were very appropriate. They had options for everyone if they didn't like the main meal. They have private rooms and semi private rooms. They also have rooms where four people share one bathroom. I thought that would be a little difficult too, but I understand that happens in some places. The staff was very accommodating. This was the only place that I did not meet the administrator though; all the other places had the administrator come. They had the supervisor taking me instead. I thought that was a little bit different than the others. They took me to the dining area, and it was very clean, very appropriate, and set up similarly like the others (as far as COVID protocols). They had all the tables separated and so forth. It was a much older facility, but the people seemed happy and well cared for.

Wyoming Manor is nice, small, cozy, and friendly. My mother-in-law says the food is wonderful. They have activities for the residents to do all day like entertainment and mass every morning. The staff is very nice.
