Elan Gardens

I visited a family member at Elan Gardens. It seemed excellent. She mentioned the food was okay. But as far as the facility itself and the room and everything, it seemed very, very pleasant. The staff seemed very attentive. I saw the area where they eat and the outside area, and they're very pleasant, too. They had different kinds of rooms, and my family member had plenty of space. I was impressed with them.

I went to Elan Gardens. We had narrowed it down to two different places and Elan Gardens was more than happy to work with us. Like any time we sat down with them and we said, OK my dad can't afford this or my dad is trying for this, they were just very upfront. The tour I had at Elan Gardens was done very well. The exterior of the place was extraordinary, and its amenities were excellent. The room size was very adequate, and the closet was great. We looked at a studio and a 1-bedroom apartment. The 1-bedroom was a little nicer. But either room would work for my mom. I visited Elan Gardens. It was very nice and very accommodating. It had a very nice facility for Alzheimer's patients. They had their room with a sitting room looking out over the countryside. The people were very friendly and very accommodating. They explained everything to me.

I got a very good vibe at Elan Gardens. They knew their residents and they seemed to care about them. It's a small facility, but overall, I think they were excellent for what they do with the residents. The rooms were decent. The one-bedroom had enough space to feel comfortable, and they were nice. My mother has been placed at Elan Gardens since October and I am absolutely thrilled with her place. I's beautiful, it's immaculate. The care that they provide the residents is topnotch. They have 24/hr staff. We couldn’t be happier with her placement in that facility.
