My girlfriend's mother has been to The Community at Rockhill. The visit I had with them was very good. Considering that my friend could afford the higher prices, she got excellent care, but I found out that I couldn't afford that either. The staff seemed to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have a medical background, and I thought there was kindness, tenderness, interest, and good grip on the medical side. She could also call them just about anytime, do a checkup, and inquire about what's going on if she had a concern or something, and they addressed it immediately. The facility was very well laid out, and the paint wasn't garish colors. They couldn't say enough about how tasty the food was. Even though it gets repetitive, everybody seemed to be very happy with it.

The Community at Rockhill is very nice. It's pretty. It's beautiful in the way it overlooks the grounds. They have this big glass window that is filling the floor. It's beautifully lit. What I don't like about the facility is that they're owned by another community. And if you're into activities and stuff, you got to get the bus and go over to this other community. The bus runs between the two. I am sight impaired, I don't like to go out and step on a bus in the middle of winter, or anything to go over there. The Community at Rockhill has a few activities, but not nearly what this other place has since they're owned by them, and that's what I have again. The rooms are not big, but they're nice and well-kept. They would re-do if you wanted to move in, like most of them do. The staff who gave the tour was very nice. It's beautifully cleaned and painted.

My mother has dementia and was starting to wander so we needed to put her in a safe environment. Even though Rockhill is not a secure facility, they assured us she would be safe. We were told she was found outside the facility 3 times, 2 of those times with a security wristband which was supposed to keep the doors locked. Not true. For her safety, we had to get her out ASAP. Because the contract said we had to give 30 days notice when leaving and we obviously couldn't, Rockhill sent us a bill for the upcoming month. Money is all this place cares about. Go somewhere else.

The Community at Rockhill is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. The staff spent an hour and a half with Mom and me and gave us a tour of the entire facility. The facility is beautiful. It has a pool and a dining area. The apartments are all being renovated. It is a beautiful community. She told us it's 44-acre grounds, and the grounds are just gorgeous. The apartments are perfect. The one-bedroom is small. However, there's no way that my mom could downsize from her house to a one-bedroom apartment, but with a two-bedroom apartment, yes. Their two-bedroom has two good-sized bedrooms with one to two walk-in closets, two closets in the hall, a washer and dryer, a nice kitchen, a nice living area, and a nice sunroom. It's beautiful. Everybody that we met in the hall knew the staff who assisted us. She knew everybody and called them by name. I got a definitely connected care for one another-vibe.

My mom is at The Community at Rockhill. It is really beautiful and well maintained. The staff and the residents are very outgoing and friendly. The activities are very limited, but there's church services. Yesterday they had a Veterans Day that serviced. There is a transportation to grocery stores and pharmacies. They have other things scheduled, but with the pandemic they're not happening at this time. We've had no complaints. We moved in, there were a couple of issues on the maintenance, and then they were there within ten minutes to come up and address a sticky door. Everybody we have been in touch with has been more than wonderful.

Rockhill Mennonite Community was my first choice. Its newer than the others, and theyre still building at some places. I was impressed that they have an indoor heated pool, you can use it during winter, and they have hot tub and exercise room, all in an activity area. The dining area is enclosed. You could go to all the buildings without going outside. They have trails for people to walk, and parking spaces. They have greenhouses, outside raised beds which they assigned to individuals who want to have a garden outside, and they have a couple of resident artists there. They have some apartments available, and they have studios up to 2-bedroom. They have an afternoon concert occasionally from outside groups that come in, they have bus trips, and weekly trips to the grocery stores. They also have some different physical activities like yoga and Tai-chi, and they allow small pets. The staff seemed friendly and interested in people which is good.

I liked Rockhill. It was neat, clean, friendly, out of the way, and expensive. They had a calendar of events and a bus for transportation.

We visited Rockhill. The one-bedroom was very nice and adequate. The girl who took us around was excellent and very helpful. They had a swimming pool, exercises, Wii bowling, and trips.

My mom was in Rockhill Mennonite Community for rehab. It was a good company. They had very nice staff. They had arts and crafts, bingo, and physical therapy. They also had a pool. The food looked like it was very good. She just had a smaller room because she was just there for 6 weeks, but from what I understand, the apartments are very nice. It was a huge place.
