I am a resident of Renaissance at Morgan Creek. It's all single homes. We have a board that takes care of things. We have a HOA fee, but it takes care of all the snow, the grass cutting, and they mulch the front of the house. We have inspections every year to make sure you're keeping up with your house, so everything always looks nice. There's 144 houses in our development. Everyone is friendly, everyone is helpful. Everyone has been checking on you, making sure you're OK. If you need anything or you have to go anywhere, there's always people that will take you somewhere. It's a wonderful development. Everything is very convenient around here. We don't really have staff here. We have the people in the community volunteer for the board to keep things going, and so we don't have hospice care or cleaning or any of that. We all cook our own food. We have a beautiful clubhouse. We have a pool where we do water exercises in the summer. You're allowed to go swim with your family and friends. There's all types of activities at the clubhouse. We have exercise programs. You name it, we have it. We have a travel club, crocheting, knitting, crafts, card games, and exercises. If they don't have it, you can start your own group and do it. There are some houses in this development that have a second floor, but most of them are one floor. Some have basements, some don't. We have a beautiful two-bedroom home all on one floor with two bathrooms. We have a nice sunroom and then a deck from that, and there's nice outdoor grounds. It's just very convenient here.
