Our mom, who will turn 96 shortly, has been residing at Traditions of Lansdale for approximately six months now. While it is no secret that placing a family member into care is never an easy decision, I am pleased to say that mom is thriving under their care ! She has her own private room, with a shared bath. She has all of her personal belongings with her, which truly makes it her home. The staff take wonderful care of her and respond quickly when ever she either needs or wants something. She enjoys the meals that are served and has made good friends with her table mates in the dining room. She especially enjoys the activities that are offered every day, from bingo to flower arrangements. The running joke in our family is that we almost have to make an appointment with mom to visit, so we don't cramp her style. All in all, we cannot recommend Traditions of Lansdale enough.

I toured Traditions of Lansdale. One of the big things is the cost was a lot better than the community where he is. The second thing is that I think he would have more room and a better living environment than he has right now. He has his own living space and a shared bathroom. I've talked to one individual that I am working with, it's one of the directors. It's a new facility, very clean, and people were very happy there.

I toured Traditions of Lansdale. It seems to be a pretty nice place, but when they factor in the entrance fee, and then they have a different fee for the level of care, they end up doing both of those things that would lead up to more than what our income could support. The lady that did the tour was very nice. The cleanliness and structure of the building look quite good. When I stepped inside the community, I felt very calm.

What I liked at Traditions of Lansdale was the fact that it looked like a little village where everyone met. I just loved the look of the signs in the corridors. I liked the fact that they do so much. I have to admit, though, that I liked the old single room better than the new single room, and the reason for it is that the old single room, the bathroom obviously was smaller because it wasn't in compliance to the handicapped, but that takes up so much room from the actual living space they have. They do have other areas which were very nice. The staff member who toured me around was Caitlin, and she was wonderful. She spoke to the residents that we passed. She knew them by name. And it's a small community. I like that. They have a movie theater, they have a lovely fireplace where they could all sit around, they have a hair salon, and they have a manicurist. They take them to and from doctors, so they have transportation for them. They do trips to various places, so it was nice.

What I liked best about Traditions of Lansdale was that everything was on one level. I liked the lobby, and the people were very friendly. All the staff answered our questions, and I liked the activities they had available. They also had outings. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The people we met in the hallway spoke to us, asked our names, and gave us their names. The place was very clean. The rooms were smaller than what I would have expected, but they were very clean.

Traditions of Lansdale was not anywhere near as nice as the other facility I visited. I just didn't feel that they kept up with the housekeeping aspects. I didn't have a nice feeling there. The people were nice and everything, but I don't think I'd want to stay there. The funny thing was they had sliding doors in their rooms, yet they would only open a couple of inches and that's it. They had a stop on them. So, you couldn't open any further than that. I just really wasn't that pleased with the facility. The staff was very helpful. The person who gave us the tour was very nice and did his job well. To me, it looked more like a nursing home than a facility that you call your home that you're living in, because that's primarily what these places are for. You have your own apartment and you enjoy and partake of all the activities that they have, but this didn't seem that way. Maybe I was just there on a bad day, but more could be done with the residents that live there. You only see it for an hour, so you don't get to see that much of what's going on and how it works.

Traditions of Lansdale was very nice. The person who took us around was also very nice, explained everything, introduced us to different people in the facility, and took us into two different types of rooms. I tried their popcorn. I know they watched their diet there, so it didn't have enough salt for me, but it was good. I ate it. They had a cooking session, but we were too late. We talked to the chef and he was very informative. The staff was very friendly. The only problem I had with it was, it's a little too far for us, from where I am to where my sister would be. It's at least a half an hour.

We had to make the decision to put my father into an assisted living facility. We had a few places to choice from Tradition of Lansdale was one of them. I went for a tour and a sit down meeting with Katelyn and Ian. When I left there I knew without a doubt this was the place for my Dad. The facility is very clean and very well maintained. It is all one floor but very spacious. They have a few selections of rooms depending on how much space one will need. They have many activities there for residents to participate in. But above all the staff is just absolutely wonderful. They treat your family member as if they are their own. Katelyn and Ian went above and beyond to help me every step of the way.

My Mom seems happy here. My Mom is in Memory Care and not so easy with people with memory lost. The caregiver's are always trying to get them to do what they need to do on a daily schedule.

Traditions of Lansdale looked pretty nice inside. The room was just a small one-bedroom with a bathroom. It had a decent closet space. The outside seating area looked nice. They had two different courtyards and then the nice outside area. The TV room where people gathered was a pretty nice area. They also had a kitchen area that was out in the public area where they had cooking lessons and things, which was nice. The staff was pretty nice, too. It was an older building, but it seemed pretty updated. The dining area looked fairly nice.

Traditions of Lansdale was very clean. It didn't have any smells and it felt like the people that work there were very friendly. They took the time to listen to any questions you may have. They didn't seem like they were trying to rush you through. We saw the dining room and the little area where they have to socialize with. It's a small facility. So, what they have are little programs like arts and crafts and socials. They also have a courtyard and a salon where residents could get a haircut.

I went to look at Traditions of Lansdale. The community is pretty strong. The facilitator of the tour was very clear about expectations and costs. There were a couple of people in the hallway, and they were clean. They were as engaged as they could be. The facilitator greeted them by name. The other staff members were also greeting them by name and checking in with them. The rooms were fairly big and clean. They talked about how you can put anything on the walls, so you're free to decorate however you want. The showers were walk-in, so it's easier for somebody with leg or hip problems to get in and out. It just seemed very safe. The facility is not as fancy as some of the others, but it's safe and secure. They log in to get into certain wings. They had outdoor areas that were secure as well.

My mom needed a place to help her get stronger after an illness. She wasn’t able to go home to live alone quite yet so we moved her into Traditions of Lansdale. It’s a beautiful facility with several outdoor garden areas. Her room is bright and has a sliding glass door to see out to one of the garden areas. The location was perfect for our family to easily visit. The admissions team was awesome in giving a tour, answering any questions and supporting us on our move in. All the people that are caring for my mom have been very helpful, knowledgeable, caring and supportive. My mom has only been there a few weeks but it has been the best next stepping stone for her recovery. We have seen improvement in her mobility and everyday tasks in just one week. A highlight for her is the live entertainment on Friday afternoons. I definitely recommend this Assisted Living facility.

Traditions of Lansdale was very beautiful. It's big and everything is on the same floor. They toured us to see the big rooms, small rooms, and whichever size you wanted, even rooms for couples. The problem was it was too far for us to go down and the traffic. That's Lansdale so it took us forever just to get there. Once we got there, again it was beautiful. They had all the seniors out exercising with an instructor. They had a nice, beautiful courtyard where they could go out and sit in the summertime. They could also go out on their front porch and just wheel themselves out if they wanted to. It was very accommodating for them to go out and look around. It's gorgeous. The structure was wide and roomy. It's easy to get to if you're in a walker or wheelchair. There was enough room and it was very colorful. The lady that gave us the tour was a very, very nice person. She was very accommodating.

The Traditions of Lansdale was nice and the tour was really good. The people that went for the tours with me were very friendly. It came down to the room being too small, so it was not for my parents. But, if people are looking for assisted living, it would be a great place. If a family was looking for assisted living, that room would probably be perfect for them. They did have outside spaces. The upkeep was nice, it was taken care of and fairly new. I don't think they have room for appliances. The room is just basically a bathroom attached to a bedroom.

Traditions of Lansdale was renovated. It was very clean and very neat. You didn't smell any urine. I saw the activity center and they were doing things to help people with that. The living quarters were a little smaller than I would care for, but that's just me. If you're looking for something economical and stuff like that, and especially if you live in the area, it's a nice place. I think the people were being well treated. I think they were really working to give you those little amenities and other things to do such as movies, games, and little patios that you could sit outside. It was good for what was there. The lady I met was very caring, very nice, accommodating, and very thorough.

My mom has been there for over a year now and I have had a very positive experience. Any change in my mom someone is calling me and letting me know. It makes me feel safe as my wife and I could no longer keep up with moms care. Everyone I have encountered or spoken with has been pleasant and they all seem to work hard at keeping the residents involved. Would recommend them to anyone.

Toured the community and fell in love. All the residents were sitting outside under the patio listening to music. It did not have the smell like urine as most places I visited did. I met the Executive Director who seemed very nice. All the staff greeted me on the tour. I look forward to moving my mother in.

Needing a Memory Care facility for Mom was not part of my plan, but became a necessity. Kim endured a 2 hour meeting/tour of my crying, with grace, professionalism and support. Once Mom moved in, the staff and fellow residents have been nothing short of amazing! They are caring, look out for one another, offer a comprehensive list of activities which Mom loves, and in short, have made her feel at home almost immediately. She loves the food and is always telling me how "Everyone here is so nice!" This smooth and supportive transition has allowed my heart to rest easy, knowing that Mom is in the right place. Everything here at Traditions is top notch! I Thank God for this facility.

I visited the facility for my mother who means the world to us and I would not put her in just any old place . Traditions of Lansdale checks off many boxes for us . Kim and the staff are very attentive to the occupants living there . The facility is clean and well tended to . The grounds are very nice . We have looked at several other places before Traditions of Lansdale and did not even schedule a tour after looking at the grounds and the facilities...Are mother is special and where she lives has to be special to .

My mom has been placed in Traditions of Lansdale and everything is just great. It's wonderful. It's A-plus. It's the best. I researched a lot of places, and this was absolutely the best. It's all perfect; it's all very good. She's very happy there. Their staff is perfect. The food is right on the top. I have no complaints. Everything's just perfect. I researched a lot of them. Food, appearance, and staff, everything is perfect, and nobody there has any complaints either. None of the residents have any complaints. I've interviewed all of them, as many as I can get to, and I've gotten to a lot of them, and everybody loves it there. The value for money is better than most. They have everything up to a nursing home. They care for these folks all the way up to hospice. They have everything. They have all the services you need and it's not a nursing home, and the prices are like one-third of what a nursing home does to elderly people, so it's all good. They have a courtyard, a giant community room, a separate family room, television, and movies. It does not feel institutional, and that's one of the reasons I chose it. It's a community, it really is.

I had an in-person tour of Traditions of Lansdale. I love the place. It was beautiful. It didn't smell. It was a very nice place, but I couldn't afford it. The staff members were very friendly. They all greeted me when I took the tour. The facility is very spacious and very clean. They had outside places where you could go and a beauty salon. I don't remember all the amenities, but there were quite a few.

My mother has only been at Traditions of Lansdale for 2 weeks now. I think what I like best about it is the fact that she liked it and felt comfortable during the initial tour. Having her feel comfortable where she was going to be living was important and how we felt about the staff and everything else. She's in assisted living and her room is very nice. It's not as big as she was used to, but it's adequate to fit her, her bed, a sofa, a couple of dressers, and a TV. It's very clean and very comfortable. As far as I know, the food's fine because she's not strongly complaining about it. She just has no desire to eat, unfortunately. It seems like there's a lot of activities available during the day. I know my mom did a craft, a door-hanging Christmas craft. I think they also have other activities but I haven't sat down and looked at them that much. She's tough to get out of her room. She doesn't want to be involved in much, unfortunately. With all the holidays and getting ready for Christmas, we honestly haven't had time to do much else and see what's going on.

We went to the Traditions of Lansdale. It was very clean. The people were very friendly. The director was amazing. She took the time to explain things to me and my family. I took my children with me. They made time for all of us and our questions. I am probably going to put my dad there when my mom passes, and I need to put him in care up here with me. They have bingo, they have storytelling, they have games that the residents participate in, and even the dementia patients participate. So they try to make it a fun atmosphere. It feels very cozy. It's all privately funded. The people are courteous, they're kind, they make you feel comfortable and they make it like a family atmosphere. I felt very safe. There are many facilities I've been to where I would not feel safe leaving my parents, but that one, I felt safe leaving them in their care. The staff was very knowledgeable, they were very courteous, they were very kind, and they went out of their way just to make you feel comfortable. It smelled clean as well as looked clean. I think that they're a very well-kept facility.

I've put my father in Traditions of Landsdale. So far, so good. He's been in memory care for three weeks now. The staff seems caring. They return my calls and they seem to be in touch with his needs. I haven't been able to see the room yet. They just opened up to visitors, but I think you have to go to a communal area, not the private room. The facilities I saw seemed modern and secure. They have a barber, they do laundry twice a week, and they do bathing. He has the option of eating in his room or the dining room. He likes the food so far. The only thing that's a little disheartening is there's no phone in the room. They have to go down to the room with a portable phone, and then they'll call me back. They've done it, so it's OK. It's just that I think it's more work for them. They're receptive to me, and they answer all my questions. The place looks nice and smells good. Everyone has been very cooperative, patient, and nice. There's a wide variety of activities daily, according to the calendar. When I was there, they had a water-ice social, where they were giving out water ice. I would like to have paid a little bit less, though.

Our overall experience at Traditions of Lansdale was good. It was very nice, they have a beautiful facility, everything's on one floor, which was sort of interesting because that means anybody there with a wheelchair can navigate the whole place. So I liked that particularly. I signed my husband up there, but what happened was he got sick and he had to go to the hospital for three weeks, and they couldn't hold his room for three weeks. It's in a residential location, on a major two lane road, and not like a highway. It's on the side of Landsdale that takes you sort of around the perimeter of the town, so it's busy, but it's OK. The staff was wonderful. I met all of them personally, even the director, and they answered my questions. They were interested in my husband's personality, what he prefers and likes. They were wonderful. The place was very clean. It was in an open floor plan. I talked to a couple women there, and they said that the food was good, and they're very happy there.

The Traditions of Lansdale was clean, it was open, it was very airy. It was a one-floor which I think was tremendous because I don't think seniors should be going into an elevator for some reason and going four floors up or six floors up, that's not for them. I liked the physical space of the place. I liked the lady who gave me the tour, I liked the place, the way it's set up, very nice, very clean. I didn't see that many staff around. There weren't that many residents out, but I saw maybe three staffers only.

The Traditions of Lansdale was lovely. We liked it. We love the rooms too. They showed us two rooms. They're beautiful, and we liked the layout. There was nothing about Traditions that we didn't like. That's probably our number one consideration at this point. The staff was lovely. She was very, very efficient, and very knowledgeable. She introduced us to other staff members as we passed by and to people as we were touring the building. She was very accommodating. They had a library, physical therapy, and morning and afternoon activities that the residents could participate in. They had small dining areas, where you could have space for you and your guests to dine. The rooms did not have any cooking facilities or anything in there, but they did have a space where the residents could use the microwave, oven, and a refrigerator at one or two different locations throughout the building.

We were able to physically go to Traditions of Lansdale. We didn't see the residents, but we saw the facility. The reason that we chose the other place was it was a little bit smaller and more intimate. Traditions to us was a little more like an institution. They were very nice, but they just weren't what we were looking for for my husband. We saw both assisted living and memory care. The staff was very good. It was very nice, but it seemed very busy, and not as personal as the other place. The outside space was very open and very nice.

I liked the Traditions of Lansdale. It seemed very nice, and the lady that was in charge, her first name is Kim, she was excellent, and we couldn't visit the room and anything because of COVID. They just gave ourselves a package. The lobby, everything that we saw as we walked in was beautiful, but they had the floor plans in the packet that they gave us, and it seemed very nice, but you can't really blame them because of the COVID. If you're interested my brother has to give a downpayment and all that. They don't have much right now, but they do have activities. They have a van where they take people out to different activities. It's really lovely, and the price is reasonable, and if you're a veteran you can apply for VA assistance to help pay the rent. The outside is very nice, they even had a courtyard where everybody could sit and visit.

My mother has a room in Traditions of Lansdale. They gave her her meds and her meals. Our experience having her there so far is fine. I can't get in the place, but the staff is pretty good. The meals are very good; she likes them. They're a little slow in answering the desk phone and put you on hold forever, but I know the staff is busy. Overall, it's good and she's OK. I just wish that we could get this place opened up so that we could do visits and bring her in and out.

My mother recently moved my father to Traditions of Lansdale. He was diagnosed with dementia last year. My mother was really in a bad place when she reached out to them to help my father. The management team is phenomenal. During the transition Brian, Kim, and Alicia have comforted my mother throughout the entire process. During the pandemic visitors were restricted from entering the building. During this time Alicia was in constant communication to address any concerns/ questions my mother had. They also remained COVID free throughout the pandemic which was a huge selling point for my mother. That demonstrates to me that the management team does not take short cuts. Thank you for helping my parents. I look forward to the day I can visit to see my father and meet the staff in person.

We picked this place for our dad but our dad backed out. The staff member was pleasant and informative. We liked the location. It's all on one floor and everything is centralized, with wings on each the side. We liked the way they did things. The rooms are nice and cheery and they have a really good feel about it. They have outings and the residents can go shopping, so they don't just get stuck there. They have a variety of things they can do, which changes from day to day. I would rate them a five, that's why we chose them. Everybody we bumped into was very pleasant and the place really had a good vibe. Everyone was kind. We were thrilled with the place. The facilities were redone a couple of years ago, so it was clean, modern, and bright. There was nothing about them that we didn't like. I briefly tried the food during lunch and the food was great. They have a nice varied menu that's constantly changing.

My boyfriend is here. It's very nice and very well landscaped. They have a whole list of activities -- he's not particularly interested in them, but they're available. The staff seemed to be very nice. I've eaten there and the dining room is lovely. Overall, it's fine. They have a library and very nice facilities.
