The staff at The Sheridan is caring, compassionate, and considerate; and they make it a point to cheerfully greet each resident by name. We've never had a concern that wasn't quickly and easily resolved by a phone call, and our loved one, who was not in great shape upon moving in, is now thriving, engaged, and interested in all that is offered in the way of recreation and entertainment. We visit quite often, and the facility is always immaculate, the people are always well taken care of, and there is always something offered in the way of family participation. The Sheridan goes above and beyond to make a comfortable living environment. This is honestly the best decision we could have made for senior care!

I have nothing but praise for all of these employees. They are always cheerful, patient and glad to help. They even get a message to my dad when he doesn't answer the phone. There are plenty of activities and my father is happy with the food.

The Sheridan at Bethel Park was new, fresh, very clean, nice, and there's ample parking. Their menu and activities seemed nice. They sent their paper with how they have crafts, how they have bingo, and how they do games. Certain residents can go out into the community if they needed to. They provide transportation to doctors' appointments.

I like The Sheridan at Bethel Park a lot, and that's why we chose it for my dad. He's been there for three days now and there wasn't anything that I didn't like about it. Their location is the best, the staff is pleasant, and it is clean. I talked to a few residents and they love it there. It was only a two-year-old facility as well. The visit I had with The Sheridan at Bethel Park was amazing. Mary spent so much time with me and answered all my questions. She didn't rush through or anything. The Sheridan at Bethel Park is absolutely beautiful, and the program is really good for someone who needs memory care. It is more expensive, but it's actually beautiful. The pictures of this place are beautiful and the staff was very inviting in this difficult time of social distancing. I had placed a $500 deposit for my Mom to go here and they even offered a discount approved by the Executive director since they will not have to feed her since she is on a full time feeding tube. When I went to The Sheridan at Bethel Park I didn't see any aides to help anybody. Their rooms were much nicer than other places I toured. Their facilities were very nice. When you walk into the lobby they have a nice receiving area, and there's an open snack bar where the residents can help themselves to coffee or snacks if they want. My mother is at The Sheridan at Bethel Park. It's really good. We don't have any complaints whatsoever. The atmosphere is very good. The whole place including the rooms are brand new. The staff is friendly and doing a good job. The food is very good. They have bingo, arts and crafts, movies, and church.
