This place is amazing. We couldn't be happier, the building is beautiful, the staff are trained so well and very attentive, the food is delicious, they have huge fun parties every month - it feels like a cruise ship, with 24 hour nursing. It's amazing.

About Daylesford Crossing in Paoli, Pennsylvania
Welcome to Daylesford Crossing
Senior Living, but Different
Strikingly modern with a nod to historic architectural styles of the area, Daylesford Crossing is perfectly located right in the heart of everything the western Main Line has to offer.
Whats different about Daylesford Crossing? Our community is right-sized offering a comprehensive range of amenities and services, but in a boutique-style setting, with just 64 personal care (assisted living) apartments and 14 specialized memory care apartments. Were big enough to count on, small enough to care.
Weve crafted a uniquely inclusive synergy of hospitality and holistic support, recognizing that needs and desires change; sometimes daily. And, you should be in charge of defining an active senior living lifestyle as individual as you are.

Facilities are fine, but indifferent and insufficient staff in the memory care unit. Our mom had bruises on her head and hands from rough handling, and one day I visited and was horrified to see her left with her head sideways on the table, drooling, with nobody even trying to help her. Don't put your parents here if they need a higher level of care. Management was also indifferent and sometimes even hostile, especially when it came to disagreements with the hospice care staff.

This was the worst experience ever. The management staff is the worst. They yes you to death and never change.People are fired left and right and they just have bad people who care more about money than the residents in charge. I know this because we left and our new facility is great. Get out if you are there and look somewhere else if you are looking for a family member!

There is no green lawn on which to walk. In a basement beneath a highway, the recycled air is not fresh.

Daylesford Crossing seemed new and clean. The rooms were nice. They had an activity room and a library. The dining area was very nice and looked like a restaurant. I did not have a meal, but they showed us the menu, and there was a lot of variety. The staff was very nice.

Daylesford Crossing was clean, and the facilities were great. The staff did a wonderful job. The room, the food, the menu and their dining room were adequate. They had everything there.
