Palmyra Senior Living was one of the few facilities that accepted my mom. The staff there is very friendly. She's in their memory care unit and it's very personal. They're all very helpful. She just has a simple room. It's got a bed, a dresser, a private bathroom, and a closet. We were able to hang some of her pictures on the walls and bring down her things.

I cannot thank Palmyra Senior Living enough for taking care of my loved one. My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff. They truly were his angels on earth!

Having seen firsthand the wonderful experiences my aunt has had here, it’s no wonder they’ve been recognized with awards. The quality of care they offer is truly exceptional.

I'm from out of state and while visiting my friend, we went to see her mother who lives at PSL. From the moment we got there, I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff was so welcoming and the way the interacted and cared for the residents made my heart happy. It takes a special person to do this type of work day in and day out, and you could tell they had a real passion for their job. The facility was well maintained and very clean. I didn't taste any food, but it sure smelled good! I am writing the review because this is the type of facility I would want my family to take me to if the need should arise. Kudos PSL. Well done.

I moved here a year ago from FL and was very nervous but everyone here at Palmyra Senior Living was so caring and I felt at ease. It's very hard to give up your home, but I never felt like I was in a facility. From the beginning, it felt like home and the staff felt like family. You couldn't ask for a better place to live.

I toured Palmyra Senior Living. The people were very friendly. Everybody was very friendly and very helpful. The apartments were very nice. I saw a couple while I was there. It is in an interesting space because it's in a converted church, but we walked around, and I saw several individuals enjoying activities. I was also able to talk to some people coming in and out with their relatives. It seemed like a very nice atmosphere. It is also small. They only have 40 residents. It's a privately owned entity. Everything seemed very clean and very nice. They had a schedule of different things that they had to offer for the month. We visited the room where they do activities. They have a library, a movie room, an exercise area, a beauty salon, and emergency call bells. The dining room was very nice. Everything looked new. The staff that I met were fantastic. They're very friendly and very personable. It all seemed very new, very clean, and very well-kept.

I had an in-person tour of Palmyra Senior Living. They have nice people. The rooms are a little smaller than the other facility. The layout with multiple floors is not as desirable. It's also a lot less money than the other facility. Everything seemed relatively new. It's a renovated church building, so there are two levels. One level is where the dining room and some of the living areas are. The other is the upper level, where most of the single rooms are. The facility was clean. The dining area was like a restaurant. The staff was very pleasant. She was a relatively new employee, too. They have services available where they take people to appointments and stuff like that.

I toured here and it’s a really nice place. Everyone was very nice and residents seemed well cared for and happy. Rooms were really spacious with really nice and large bathrooms. When my mom is ready, this is our top choice.

loved this facility. This is a smaller facility which makes it feel extra home, which is very important to my loved one. The staff I interacted with was top notch. When I visited the residents were having a movie night which was super cute. The facility was very well taken care of and the residents seemed very happy. I will certainly be bringing my mother here when she is ready.

My father was transferred to Memory Care recently. The team welcomes my father with open arms and made him very comfortable in transferring. They go above and beyond in caring for residents. I am very happy we moved here!

My mother has been with this facility for a year and she loves it and everyone who works there. Even I would come here when I get older. Mom likes that they check on her often and keep her laughing and happy!

My biggest qualm with memory care facilities is the constant smell of urine. From the first time I entered PSL that was not the case. I realize with the nature of the residents that can be a challenge, but the staff does a good job keeping the floors clean. I have met a dozen or so staff in the 2 and a half months my wife has been there. 3 of them have the 'heart' for that type of job. Personally, I would have each staff hand in their phones during their shift. I took my wife to the Olive Garden for our 42nd anniversary. It was a disaster. She got mad at me, didn't eat and pouted the entire time. Three days later the PSL staff presented us with a surprise 'take 2' Olive Garden style dinner that even though my wife doesn't remember it, I will never forget their thoughtfulness. It's expensive. I've never earned 6k a month in my life. This will deplete my pension in only a couple years.

The rooms are spacious and the staff is so helpful and flexible. It is a very clean facility. Home cooked meals with homemade desserts are a favorite of my parents! I think they are working on getting more activities in place.

It was good. They had COVID restrictions, but we were able to at least see the living space and have a look at the dining facilities and understand what the protocols were. We were able to see what we needed to. It's a smaller community, so the dining area was set up with some social distancing, but they had the seating they needed for all the residents. The staff member was very accommodating. I actually did a virtual tour with them first and after we decided we wanted to see the facility; she accommodated and made sure we were able to do that. She answered all of our questions and definitely made sure that we were following all of their safety protocols for COVID.
