My sister moved to Woodcliffe Manor. It was very homey and large, but I think they were slightly understaffed because when you needed somebody, you can't find anyone. The rooms were a good size and fine. The dining room was fine, and meals looked fine. It was in a good location. They decorated for the holidays, had a priest come in and do mass, did a rosary session, and did a lot of activities in the main living room area. That's where they seemed to congregate; not in their bedrooms.

I've had two family members live at Woodcliffe Manor. My Mother for seven years, ending in the Dementia Unit and my Mother in Law who still lives there. Both parents received excellent care. The facility is clean and well staffed. Yes, the building was at one time a private residence but major additions and upgrades have been done over the years. The kitchen recently did an upgrade and is comparable to an older restaurant. The food is all prepared there. There is a large turnover of staff which ...

Woodcliffe Manor was nice and everything but the place where the assisted living is was really rundown. It looked like an old house. It's very boring and the kitchen was like from the 1900s. It was an awful, dungeon-looking place to me. I didn't like the environment and the way everything looked. I did like the convenience of how close it was but I wouldn't recommend that to anybody.
