Rosewood Memory Care is set up for my father-in-laws success. I had a real struggle when he was no longer safe in our home, I believed that because we loved him so much, family caring for him would always be the best choice. I would want others to know that Rosewood offers safety and overall care that most home settings cannot. We researched and toured many facilities in both Washington and Oregon and Rosewood is the cleanest, friendliest, most knowledgeable Memory Care that we found. Most importantly, he is safe, happy, eating better and is no longer agitated as he was the last few months at home. The Executive Director (Miriam) was there move-in day to make sure everything was in place for his move, his name plate was on the door, staff knew he was arriving and put time and care into helping him settle in. We initially set a tour with Karissa and knew from our first conversation that she understood my father-in-law's needs and set my mind at ease that they could accommodate whatever arose. Not only do they offer incredible activities for the residents but, they recognize that family needs support and they offer a support group. The outdoor courtyard was a huge bonus, as well as the use of benches and seating areas for rest and visiting. It feels so inviting and homey yet, safe and secure !! Miriam is passionate about her residents, the families, the incredible staff and, the facility, it shows in every detail. My father-in-law has always been very social and seeing him with new friends and happy is such a relief, I cannot express how much we appreciate Rosewood !!

My father stayed at Rosewood Memory Care. What I liked best is there are some caring people there, just good people. The worst is for the amount of money it costs, you don't get very good care. He didn't get good services as far as ADLs go and stuff like that. The staff was friendly and nice. I just think they didn't have enough staff to do the right kind of level of care he needed. His room was shared. They're all Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, so there's a shared bathroom between two rooms and another problem was every time somebody had COVID, he was just sharing the bathroom with that person that had COVID. They wouldn't allow you to just use the commode in the room, so you end up getting COVID because you're sharing the bathroom. They weren't very good about letting your family members know when your loved one was exposed to COVID. They have an activity director, and they do different activities. They had music and singalongs.

Rosewood Memory Care felt open and warm. The staff members were very kind. They seemed to be connected with the residents. The kind interaction between the staff and the resident is what stood out for me.

Rosewood Memory Care is great. It really is. They're taking excellent care of my grandmother and we're really happy with them. They have story time activities, arts and crafts, spa days, ice cream socials, and a balloon toss (where almost all the residents are engaged with it). The staff has been very kind and very helpful. We've gotten to know quite a few of them and they're always available to help. The place itself is very nice. It's a smaller place, has a very warm feeling, and it's bright and feels cozy.

My brother and sister-in-law moved into Rosewood Memory Care. I like the fact that they are getting good care. There are two wings to the care facility. It is well kept, clean, and bright. There are a lot of windows with shrubbery and gardens. The staff is very attentive. I know that my brother and sister-in-law like the food. They play some games like puzzles and bingo. I like their pay structure because it's a flat rate. They don't charge for extra services. I am satisfied with what they offer.

Our mother recently passed away but was here for almost 2 and a half years. We were satisfied with her care. The staff worked hard to care for the changes that came with her condition, even offering helpful suggestions along the way. We had regularly scheduled meetings that kept us up on mom's condition and where we could discuss our concerns. The staff was always kind and supportive, especially to our father. Mom's room was comfortable with plenty of light and warmth. She wasn't able to participate in activities but she was always invited. We really appreciated this facility and would recommend it!
