What a great facility. They took excellent care of our Aunt while she was there. The staff always greeted us and kept us up to date on her progress. Physical Therapy did a heart job getting her strength back. The room was bright and clean. Our Aunt actually cried when she was leaving because she would miss all the friends she made. Thank you Karen at the front desk. Thank you to the financial dept for working with us. A Special Thank you to the 4th floor team: Darla, Lashonete, Cachet, Rebecca, Katie, Taylor, Lala, Mona, Brynley, Cierra, Kirk, James, Brooke, David, Shawnie, & Kaylyn. You all were super and deserve special recognition!

The rooms are fabulous, it’s the closest you’ll feel to being at home. They keep the whole place very clean, I didn’t know a nursing facility existed like this in world & I’m blessed to have been here. The food is amazing, I come from a family of Chiefs, the food here is wonderful. I posted pictures for everyone to see & they’re going to recommend this place if needed Amen. The Main Management is companionate they really care for all of us, every time they’ve passed us in the center. The activities daily, really helped get you look forward to each day. Having prizes, crafts, nails painted & etc. is wondering those things eased our pain, had something to have in our rooms to focus on keeping us smiling. Giving away to others as love gift because we enjoyed it so much. Thank you so much Ms Peaches.. I’ve had several favorite nurses, helpers & house cleaning the best hands down. Tammy’s my favorite night nurse & she’s the best during the night shift. She doesn’t knock on door loud, she turns on the bathroom light & closes the door out of your face lol. She tells you what medication she’s given you each time. She became my friend & I repeatedly asked for her when needed. It’s several day shift nurses & helpers that are great as well & Im grateful. I’ve two last names but they only used one lol. Getting the mediation correctly & the therapist treating us with compassion are my only 2 compliments. But I’m able to recognize my own medicine & stop bullying for myself. Otherwise I’d give them perfect 5 out 5. It’s still the best place in Oklahoma regardless & I’d rather be here than any other nursing home I’ve known.

My friend's mother stayed here on several occasions for rehab. She had a remarkable recovery here. Her therapy was outstanding and the food was the best she has ever had. She is currently back at her AL, thanks to Cearu Medical Resort.

beautiful facility and nice staff but our loved one developed bed sores and wounds; he was not given much therapy and mostly laid in bed for the month he was there. left in a very weakened state. very disappointing; also nurses were not good at communicating; never once was a care plan developed.

We have a family member here recovering from a stroke. The physical therapy team is very good. Aggressive and caring. The rooms are comfortable and kept clean. The nursing and CNA staff are kind, patient and attentive. Being the realistic person I am and based on previous experience at other places, I was skeptical at first. . I kept thinking something would go awry but they continue to amaze me day after day. This is the BEST place for recovery in Tulsa!!!!!

This is my second time here. My pain medication got here about 2am. The doctor finally came in quickly 3 days before I an going home. The food is ok. Would be helpful to have low sodium, diabetic and heart healthy food. And could improve the taste. Sometimes I have to wait hours to get my medicine which doesn't make me happy since I am having lots of pain. On Saturday I had the best help since I have been here. She is not a LPN so I guess an aide. She came in with a big smile. She is the only one to help me take a shower. I am in a wheelchair so she was so helpful and friendly to me. Every time I have my light on she comes in with a big friendly smile. She is back today. So pleasant and very helpful. I wish all the employees had her smile and offered me help like she does. Employees like this are hard to find so I hope they appreciate her and give her a raise because she gives 100 percent. This facility would take a big loss if she was to quit. I haven't been to any activities because my foot hurts really bad so I can't sit very long. Most employees seemed stressed and didn't help me as much as the one young lady. The rooms are big. The heat and air control its either too hot or too cold.

Mom stayed at Cearu Medical Resort. The facility is fairly new. They've only been open for about a year. It was a great facility, it's beautiful. All of the staff were very caring. I felt like they have all been hand-picked for their patients. They were all extremely patient with my mother. Even though she had gotten frustrated several times, they would say, "We're used to this. We see this a lot. It's OK." And they would encourage her to use her call light when she needed to. The therapy services were wonderful. I didn't think she would be able to go back home, even with some help. We were afraid in the beginning, we thought she may even have to go to a regular nursing home, much less assisted living. But they were able to get her home with her therapy services in there and the good nursing care that they gave. I did not try the meals, but I saw them and they looked wonderful. They could also order from the kitchen any time they wanted if they didn't like what was being served. And it was quite a lengthy little menu they could choose from. I was pretty impressed with that. They also had snacks like in the little break room that were there 24/7. And it was canned soups, cookies, crackers, cream of wheat, that kind of stuff. So, they definitely wouldn't go hungry at any time. They had drinks for them, a juice machine that goes on 24/7, coffee, and tea. Pretty much anything they wanted. They had different activities daily and they had an activity calendar they posted in her room. They had bingo and they had little pumpkin games since it was Thanksgiving and some things like that. And my mom didn't want to participate because she'd been on steroids and she was kind of immune-compromised. So they brought her crossword puzzles and find-a-word puzzles, which she loved to do. She was a little bit confused when she first got there, but this helped her cognition. So that was great. And they brought her a daily newsletter that would tell her the weather, the forecast, different little things that were going on, and maybe a few little highlights of the news. It was really good for her. They accepted Medicare and Medicaid for her. Not all of them do, so that was a big plus. They will not regret this facility.

I spent 30 days with a fractured tibia. I found the facility to be excellent. Always clean and tidy. The staff, from the administration, nurses, nurses techs, rehab techs, kitchen workers were all extremely caring and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and safe. My leg is now completely healed Thanks to All

In the 3 days my father was a patient he was severely neglected. With a tragic outcome. Do not recommend. The staff was uncaring and the doctors did not call or communicate with his family.

Cearu Medical Resort is a very nice facility. My brother is in skilled nursing, but he has his own room. It's brand new, and he can be there for 90 days. It's a very nice and clean place. He's well taken care of and he's happy there and that's the main thing. The caseworker at the hospital gave us a list of places and they happened to be the cleanest and the better one as far as staffing. The staff is very nice and pleasant. The food is OK. It's pretty bland, but most places are. If he doesn't see something that he likes on the menu, he can order a cheeseburger and he likes that. The rooms are fantastic. He has a room and he has a little sitting area and a bathroom, and they're very nice and clean. It's got a very little lawn, but it's very well taken care of and clean.
