Villa Isenbart

Villa Isenbart is situated in the well-kept neighborhood of Musgrave-Pennington, just over 7 miles from downtown Oklahoma City. The local area has plenty of shopping malls, grocery stores and restaurants, as well as a thriving arts scene  featuring galleries, museums, theaters and music venues. Outdoor areas to explore include Myriad Botanical Gardens, a 17-acre urban park featuring a sunken lake, as well as the Crystal Bridge Tropical Conservatory and the Water Stage, which hosts Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park productions.

Villa Isenbart, which is managed by Catholic Charities, offers affordable accommodation to seniors 62 and older under HUD’s Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly. Built in 1997, this two-story building features 40 one-bedroom apartments with air-conditioning and wheelchair access. Residents have access to on-site parking and coin-operated laundry facilities.

A range of activities are organized by Villa Isenbart in collaboration with community organizations, including cookouts, birthday and holiday celebrations and regular visits by the students of Rose State University. Residents can socialize with their neighbors in the indoor and outdoor communal areas, which include a large community room.
