I have lived here for several years .The first couple everyone hated it here .However things change and my home has began evolving into a place I'm happy to live at .The attitude of the management towards the residents has improved so much .The positive energy is beginning to heal hearts and quiet discontentment.and I expect this change to continue to improve.

I have lived here for over eleven years. for the first nine everything was okay. then they ( RENOVATED?] it. I lived in an apt. that I was happy in for about ten years. after their renovation of putting a new roof on and not placing a gutter on it my apt. was horrifically flooded twice. the water was so high it ran into my kitchen and bathroom floors. they were giving us a choice of moving out long enough for the remodel or moving to a different apt. since the first flooding was so bad, I decided to move. as I was packing was when the second flood came. water was pouring off the roof at my front door. my son said the amount of water can seep into the dry wall. I moved into another apt. before checking it out well enough. it is smaller and poorly set up. I had a small yard area at my other one and I have none here just an area of grass that faces another building. they ran a large machine back and force on part of it so that is just dirt now. I have had numerous problems and the worse one is the plumbing. I have not been able to use my toilet for many times. it will not flush but backs up to the top of the commode. they come and FIX? it and it flushes a few times and then quits again. this has been going on for weeks. Maintenance worked on it several times and a PLUMBER? twice. each time they say its fixed, but it never is. right now, I'm waiting for the office to open to once again ask for help. this time the toilet won't flush, and dirty water is filling my bathtub. it smells like a sewer. I wish I could move somewhere else, but I need to have HUB to help pay my rent and there are few places who will accept it. right now, I have all my cats' things moved into my kitchen even his litter box. The smell is so bad in my apt. that I have opened my windows to the cold air and turned my heat up. this place is so bad now I would recommend to anyone to please not move here, it has become inhabitable. this revue is long but there is more than should be said.

Office staff not good. Manager rude, crude, uncaring. Very clickish, rare few treated great the rest NOT at all unfair. It's a place to live, just don't expect anything. They have a bus to take you grocery shopping twice a week & to your Doctor.

Be aware that it is next to impossible to get anything done by the Superbia staff. Fall of 2018, an unknown male forced his way into our disabled daughter’s apartment while she was at home. We made several requests for security measures which were brushed off by management. We didn’t lay the entire burden of security solely on Superbia. We installed cameras and she now has an emergency call button. Superbia did nothing but ask our daughter what she was going to do to keep it from happening again and scolded her for calling the police rather than Superbia’s night manager. Well, I have had enough! Just last night an unknown male again tried to force his way in,. What is it going to take to get management to do something? Are they just waiting for someone to be seriously injured?

We found a senior living facility that we are on a list for, and hopefully mom will be able to get in to that. They have a variety of living options. You can live in the apartment complex, or you can live in a studio apartment which is also very nice and some of them have showers which is almost critical for my mother’s situation. I hate to advertise for them because I’d like mom to get in. The staff is wonderful. We’ve done a walkthrough into the apartment complex as well as into one of the studio apartments. I started looking at them based on their ratings and costumer reviews online, and because of where I work -- which happens to be in a library-- I also get to talk to people, and I have spoken to some of their tenants.
