I recently visited my mom in Assisted Living at Westerville Senior Living. I stayed with her for 4 nights. The staff is excellent. From the nurses that bring my mom medication to the servers in the dining room, the maintenance man, the cleaning lady. . . I just can't say enough positive things about WSL. The front desk staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. They had lots of activities. We went to bingo and I won a Kit Kat Bar. On Fridays they have some kind of music and mom always likes to go to that. When I was there, the pianist was out of this world. Who plays that good? She does!!! We worked the jigsaw puzzle. Mom could stay there for 4-6 hours, but 2 was enough for me. We never made it to the gym, but we should have. The conversation at breakfast was always "Who is the chef today?" because they like to order certain foods from certain chefs. . . all positive! This is a Happy Place and you can tell by the Happy Staff! I would be remiss if I didn't include the Director, Bobby, who keeps the residents informed with Town Halls and Family Newsletters! This is a fairly new facility so the decor is beautiful and in great condition. When you enter, you will feel the "Good Vibes". Highly recommend!

The rooms here are nice depending on what you're looking for. The food is good however, they run out of a lot of things that are supposed to be available. The staff is very friendly however, not as responsive to issues due to waiting on corporate approval.

My sister will be moving to Westerville Senior Living. It was a relatively new facility, and they were very thoughtful, in terms of the people who were showing her around. It seemed to be well-staffed and had a decent program for food. They had a library, community room, and a second-floor outdoor terrace that's very, very nice and overlooks the courtyard, and it's very pleasant. We had lunch there, and it was very good, tasty, well-presented, and well-served. The servers were pleasant and friendly, so it was good. Overall, they did an excellent job.

My mother-in-law is moving into Westerville Senior Living. It was a very pleasant experience. They're very welcoming and very warm. It's a really nice location. The interior is just beautifully designed and well thought out. It is a really lovely place for someone to spend their senior years. There's a lot of activities; it is a lot of things they planned for them to keep them busy and active in their late years. They showed us many different options. She could make her decision based on what she thought would make her most comfortable. What I really liked about this place was that you get a washer and dryer in your apartment, which we've not found that ever in any other facility. They have a little bistro where the residents can just pop in and get snacks. The dining hall is gorgeous where they order from a menu every meal. They have a beautiful outdoor deck area on the second floor with umbrellas and really comfortable outdoor furniture. The common areas are just beautifully furnished. The activity room has a beautiful kitchen, if you want to cook with your family in there. It's just really beautiful. I can't say enough about it.

Our tour at Westerville Senior Living was well done. Somebody had to substitute for us because the actual normal person called out, but the substitute did a good job. They had studios through 2-bedrooms. It's a newer facility, but rooms were a little bit smaller. They had the usual dining area, exercise lounge, and TV area. The only thing that I would downside them for was that they were in the middle of a business park type area. They had a dining room and snack areas.

I really liked Westerville Senior Living. I saw about five of the apartments, and they all had everything that I wanted, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, walk-in closet, washer and dryer in your apartment, terrace or a balcony, sliding glass doors, and full-size kitchen. Everything was really light, bright, and airy, and I really liked that about it. They had a greenhouse, and they had a lot going for them. It's brand new, it's a year old. I just like it a lot better than the other place. They gave me a sheet that listed all of the activities, and it seemed to have a lot of the things that I like to do. I have some specific things that I would wanna do that they're gonna check and see if there's anybody in the building that do it, so that I can hook up with them. It's where we wanna be, but I'm not exactly sure when we're moving yet. I'm gonna do one more visit before I completely make up my mind.

We have found Westerville Senior Living for my sister. It's a brand new facility, and it seems very nice. She seems very happy. They are all very pleasant. It's very good, so far, and we've been very happy. She has a 1-bedroom with a living room, a little kitchenette, no stove, which she doesn't need since she has dementia, and a bathroom, and it's very nice. They have all types of amenities, but she just moved in there not even two weeks ago, so she's still under quarantine. She can't do anything. She can't go out of her room and be active yet. They are supposed to have cards and different activities that they can do when they can go places. I think she's one of the 1st residents who was there. They're very friendly and answer any questions that you ask. We have not tasted the food, but my sister said it's very good.
