Went to visit a friend and was not really pleased with care.I feel that Supervisor Tasha is prejudice against some residents favors others . Meals seem inadequate in What is served .Most help is pleasant and helpful. Not sure if I would want a family member there

My aunt has been living here for a while now and in her own words, "I feel like this is my home. I am a family member to them. I haven't been this happy in a long time". So thank you guys; so much.

I toured the Alpine House of Toledo for my dad. It was small, which was nice. I was there so quick, but I saw the room and I talked to the person in her office. It was pleasant. I knew it wasn't busy, so that was also nice. It seemed like a quiet, small place. The lady that gave me the tour was very professional and very nice. She's called me a couple of times. She liked her job, and she did it very well. It looked like they had a nice activity room, a nice TV area, and there was a nice small foyer where they could stay. I think there are only 20 to 30 rooms.

The facility is small ( about 31 apartments) but very clean and home-like. My relative is well taken care of.

REAT experience. I am one of their beloved patients and their nurses are very nice and always make sure I have what I need. With them I feel like family. I 100% recommend them.

This is like a nursing home, Floors are dirty and nasty looking. The place smells very bad as soon as you walk in the door. The rooms are very dingy, not homey. It is probably run like a head in the bed program. All about the money. Sad place to go visit someone. I am very disappointed in this place overall. The dining area is nasty and like a nursing home too. Not decorated and very nice.

This is not a place where you would want to work or send your loved ones to live. Owners and facility manager are VERY unprofessional, they are all about money. Your loved ones will not feel safe because they have residents there who do not belong and should be in a lock down facility. I have never visited such a run down place that smelled so bad, you can tell the place is poorly run and put together. The facility manager puts on a facade and does not care about the resident and from the looks doesn't really care about the employees either. She gossiped during the entire visit. Not a place to send your family !!! I wouldn't even give this place 1 star !!!

Alpine House is like a nursing home. The room was very small. All they have in the room is space for a bed and a bathroom. It was like a hospital room, and it wasn't like an apartment at all. I didn't see the residents interacting much. They seem to need more care here. They seem to be to be taking care of the residents, but they weren't as friendly or as helpful compared to the other facility. I didn't see a whole lot of activity. I wouldn't recommend this place to others. To improve the place, they have to make it clean. It was pretty stinky there -- something that I didn't encounter in the other places.
