My mom came here for respite care 5/1 to 5/14. The staff was so nice and accommodating to my Mom. My Mom was anxious at first and then enjoyed it so much she didn’t want to leave. They have a big tv room my mom and many of the residents really enjoyed! That is a very good thing that I wish other places had. Thank you to the staff! Excellent! My mom also enjoyed the food and dining area. Joe came out of the kitchen and greeted her and introduced himself. That was really nice. He came out multiple times making sure everyone had anything they needed. Very nice!

I didn't have an appointment when I went to Aspen Grove. But the girl at the front desk showed me around. It's beautiful there, and I think if Dad ever needs assisted living, we will take him there because it's close to home. Their prices are about the same as the other assisted living facilities. The staff that I met was really nice. They have a beautiful dining room, a library and game room. The grounds are beautiful, and there's a walking area. Their units are all studio apartments. The staff who gave the tour was awesome, too.

I found the staff at Aspen Grove very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, and I thought I got a good review of their services. The facilities were very nice and up-to-date. It seemed to be a pleasant environment. The room was a little small, but I think that's normal and they did make accommodations when there was a husband and wife that needed a little more room, so it was good. They seemed to take care of their facility well. They did show me what was on the menu. They seem to be preparing the food onsite, and there seems to be some good variety in the choices that the tenants have.

We toured Aspen Grove. We liked what we saw and what they offered. The amenities and everything were nice. It was very clean, and the people were very helpful. It's a nice facility. The rooms were small, but they were comfortable and they could take their own stuff there. You have to bring your own appliances. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She was just from the desk, and for just a drop-in, she was very nice. She was very good. They had a courtyard there.

My mom has been at Aspen Grove for 5 1/2 years. I’m very pleased with the care my mom receives. I can put my head down on my pillow at night, knowing my mom is being in good hands. The meals that are served are very good and cooked in the kitchen at Aspen Grove. If a resident doesn’t like what is being served, they will prepare something that they will eat. The residents are kept busy with activities.

We toured Aspen Grove. They're very thorough. They answered all questions we had. They're very clean. They interacted with the residents well from what I've seen. I was very impressed. It's very laid back and very clean. The apartment would be perfect for what my mom needs. We were there just right at lunchtime, and the dining area smelled and looked good. They have a lot of activities. The amenities that we're going to need for my mom's level of care are all in place. They seem pretty on top of it. The place was very clean.

From the tour, Aspen Grove is undergoing a facelift. I have concerns about their ability to provide physical rehab. The room was nice. It was probably more than what my wife requires at the present time. She requires a bit more assistance and a bit more nursing care. At this point, I'm not sure that I would necessarily choose Aspen Grove, except for the fact that it's close to where I'm living right now. They showed me around what was essentially an assisted care apartment, and that may be more than what she needs right now or it might end up being less because it's pretty much independent. I think she needs more care than that right now. They're undergoing a facelift right now so there are contractors and materials all over the place.

My dad is in the memory care of Aspen Grove. It's very nice and clean. Upon entry, I was greeted by a few women. And there was a singing event happening right behind the desk in the main courtyard of the facility, and it was really lovely. There's a lot of energy and all of the residents were gathered around, I loved that. I went on a short tour, and I decided quite quickly, that was the place that I wanted to move my father into. The staff who helped us with the process, Alexi, was wonderful. She was very helpful, she allowed me to have furniture delivered and assisted me with the few things that I needed. So it was very smooth. I tried the food and it was good, but I wonder if the portions would be enough for the residents. That's the thought I had about the food. His room is open and large enough for a love seat, a chair, armoire, and a bed. He can easily move in and out of it, the bathroom entry is wide so you can enter with a wheelchair. It needs a little bit of adjustment because there is a little lip that goes from the room into the bathroom that prevents him from being able to go over it. So that needs to be adjusted, but everything else is lovely. He's very happy there. I think the staff is very good, they're attentive and they're good to him. The value for money is reasonable, comparatively speaking. I've visited other facilities where it was much more expensive, but it didn't have the sense of community or level of care. If my father is happy, that makes me happy, and I'm very grateful to have found Aspen Grove because it seems to be a perfect fit for my dad.

Aspen Grove is too much money; it was way over my budget. I thought they were informative, there was nothing wrong with that, it was just the price. I thought they were all good. I thought the staff was friendly, that it was a nice place, and I thought it'd be a good place to live. It was a little bit far for me, not that I would have to go anywhere, but for people who come to see me. But other than that, it was OK. The neighborhood was open, there weren't any houses nearby.

My mother came here 5 years ago. The facility is very clean and decorating is very nice. The staff is very friendly and like all facilities of this type often short staffed and over worked. But they have always taken great care and if a question or concern comes up are fast in discussing and handling it. They have a catering activity director who try’s to get the residents involved and the whole community. We have used the large library or conference room for family functions and they set up provide drinks and wonderful to work with We are very happy and satisfied with Aspen and mom is safe happy and that is a blessing for us.

Wonderful place all around!! My mom recently transitioned from assisted living to memory care and the staff has been amazing on all levels. It has been such a blessing knowing that she is not only safe and cared for, but they work exceptionally hard to keep residents engaged. Skilled nurses, resident aides, dining staff, kitchen staff, activities directors, front desk staff, sales director, and executive director.....they are all lovely people that care for their residents just as if they were family. I highly recommend Aspen Grove!!!

We needed a place for my ailing father to recuperate and my doctor's office suggested Aspen Grove. The facility is wonderful. It is clean, bright and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Living at Aspen Grove is staying at an upscale hotel with benefits added, like the weekly ice cream social.

I'd say Aspen Grove is pretty good. It's OK so far, but I needed to call them because my mother was in pain and wanted some medications and they weren't coming so she called me for help. I called them and there's nobody that answers before 9:00 in the morning, so what happens if you need somebody at 6:00 or something in the morning? They only have an attendant answer the phone from 9:00 a.m. until in the evening at 9:00. I just found that out, so that's a concern. The rest of it is pretty good. The staff members are pretty good, but there's just not enough of them, although that's not their fault. The ones that are there are nice. Yesterday, when I was there, my mother said, "I like the food pretty good." They bring it to her in a styrofoam tray with plastic and I don't see the reason for that, but she said the food is pretty good. Her apartment is OK. There is some equipment in there like a lift thing that they didn't decide to use. They didn't take it out of there, so the thing is just kind of in there. It is OK. It seems like they could help figure that out a little bit better; I'm not overly impressed with that. It seems like it's a lively place. I am pretty impressed that they seem to have a lot of happy people around. Unfortunately, my mother hasn't been feeling good enough to take advantage of it, but I would say the people in general seem pretty happy there, so I think that's notable. The value for money is adequate. My mother has had a high level of care, so the price really escalates for the level of care. It's OK.

My father is in Aspen Grove. It's been very good, and they provide all the services. It's a good value. I don't have any real complaints at this point. He seems to be doing well there. The staff is friendly and very helpful when he was admitted. They bent over backwards to get him in.

I visited Aspen Grove. It had nice rooms. The people seemed to be happy. It looked like a pretty good facility. I thought it was run professionally. I liked that it was all at one floor. They seemed to have lots of activities for the people who were residing there. It was easier for the residents to move and get around with. It was very spacious.

Aspen Grove was a very nice community. My husband was in there for two months, and they did very well taking care of him. I don't have any complaints. They had activities and took them out to do different things. The food was OK. The staff was excellent, and the aides were really good. The rooms were good; my husband had a nice, private room. They had a game room and chapel in the main hall.

Aspen Grove was very nice, but it’s a thousand dollars more than another facility I looked at. The rooms were well, and it’s a little newer. I don’t have to pay for her laundry to get done. I just didn’t feel it was any better than the other place my sister was in.

What a beautiful place Aspen Grove is. It’s very well decorated and looks like a very comfortable location. The staff is very nice. There are a lot of business around the community for the residents to visit. The most important thing is that this place did not smell like urine, so this community stood out immediately.

Aspen Grove was very nice. The rooms were bigger than the other place we visited. They had a memory-care unit and regular assisted living. If your family member progresses and needs more care and they need to be in a secure unit, they have that there. I didn't choose that for my mom, because she has limited funds. The grounds were beautiful, and the inside of the place was beautiful also. I didn't speak to any of the staff members. I had an appointment, but there wasn't anybody there to show me around, just the receptionist at the front. She just walked me into one room that was empty.

Aspen Grove is very nice, very clean, and very bright. I like that they have their own bathroom that is huge. The rooms were adequate enough too. I met the staff, and they were very pleasant and very nice. I looked at the calendar, and it seems there was a lot going on like singing and bingo. They would get together for birthdays. It was in a very nice neighborhood. It was very homey, and people seem very happy.

I find Aspen Grove to be very nice. It’s more new and modern than the other facility. The staff that I have talked to I found to be very nice. I do know one patient who was my neighbor’s wife was at Aspen Grove. I don’t know what the reason was, but they asked him to move her, and he took her over to the other facility mom was in. I do know some of my neighbor’s mothers and fathers have been there, and they are very pleased with the place.
