I don't like it at all. My friend's been there and she has the same sheets on her bed since she's been there. That's not sanitary. They need new employees. They need someone to do sanition. They are lazy. They don't want to work. I can pay $2,000 a month but she gets nothing for it.

The facility itself is in need of upgrades. Rooms were dark and depressing. There was only one nurse there that acted like she even cared what happened to my family member. Nothing was done to help him. When he was admitted we had to actually request to speak to the dr. and that only happened once. They didn't even check him on rounds. Respiratory was a joke. They had two when he was admitted, once got fired within days and the other called off several times and took a vacation with little to no back up. So, trying to get someone off of a vent was not working out well as it was back and forth. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I toured Arbors at Marietta, but they didn't have a locked-down unit, so we didn't choose them. They didn't have a lot of planned activities, but the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were about average, they did have some semi-private rooms, but most of them they had three to four people to a room. I think that's a little crowded even though they're larger rooms. It just didn't fit our needs. The staff was extremely nice and informative, and anything we asked them they were able to answer for us.

My grandfather was a patient at the Arbors for about three months. He was suffering from Dementia and had to be cared for in a way that we were unable to provide. The staff at the Arbors were very patient with my grandfather, which I was so worried about. When my grandfather would be thinking that it was actually 40 years earlier, the staff's approach was genuine in their care for his condition. I appreciate their support leading up to the end of his life. I recommend this facility because of the effort and care for both the patient and the family whose life is impacted by a situation like ours.

My mother has spent 4 months of the last year at the Arbors. She liked it there, thought the food was great and the people very nice. My only complaint is they do seem to be short staffed and often times took a long time to come when her call light was on.

my grandfather stayed at the Arbors at Marietta for 8 months. the staff was great. you could tell they were there because they wanted to be not because it was just a job.
