The Wyngate Senior Living Community was clean and very large. The rooms were very nice. They had all the accommodations that my mother needs. The personnel was super friendly and super nice. They have three meals a day, a beauty shop, and activities. They check on their residents every two hours. They also provide all their residents with a wrist alert.

The Wyngate staff was friendly and offered us a drink and homemade cookies. It smelled good and the residents looked clean and happy. There were games and cards being played when we were there. It's not a fancy place but comfortable. We had a great tour. The rooms were nice and I like it that you can bring your own furniture. Feels more like home.

The Wyngate was very nice. The rooms and the dining areas were very nice and clean. They have a little garden, and there were residents playing games. The staff was very good.

Our tour at The Wyngate was very good. They took a lot of time and gave us lots of personal attention. It's a smaller community that's cozy, clean, organized, and homey. I saw a single room that fit a bed and dresser, and had its own bathroom. We also saw the apartments outside which were really nice and had their own kitchens, living room and bedroom. Some of their amenities were in an exercise area, a library, and a private dining room where you could have your family visit if you want to.

The Wyngate was uncaring. We had a discrimination issue with them. Their seniors were not in good shape. They really didn’t have amenities for the elderly. Food was OK. However, we had a bad experience there. The reason we took my mom out of the facility was because the way she was being treated. In my mom’s room, there was a sign that tells her what time breakfast is, what time lunch is, and what time dinner is, and “hope you get there.” I got mad. I asked them, “Why aren’t these signs in everyone else’s room?” Because my mother is from the south, and when she is the only one that has that sign, that’s a problem.

The Wyngate is right behind where I live; in fact, I’m going to a meeting there in a couple of days. I liked the facility. I haven’t really visited any of the rooms, but it’s got a very nice arrangement for visiting and playing cards, watching TV, and all of that, and a lot of people seemed to take advantage of it. They also have assisted living areas and apartments that you can rent. Evidently, it’s quite nice from what I have seen of it. The meeting that I am going to is for our condo association; we've held our meetings there every January for the last three or four years. They have a service where they cook small meals for small groups, and they have great food and serve it nicely. They really take care of everything.

I visited The Wyngate. The staff was very nice and cordial; they actually invited me out there for lunches, and I had not moved in yet. They took them on trips. I knew they played bingo and cards. I liked the cottages. They were very roomy and attractive.

The Wyngate Senior Living Community was a very, very nice place. I think it would have been an ideal place for us, if it didn't cost so much. The people were friendly; it was a well-laid out place; and it was clean. It was just a nice, nice place. The rooms were big enough. I just didn't see how we could afford it.

Wyngate Senior Living Community has cottages for independent and assisted living, and I believe they have a unit for dementia as well. The first time we went, they showed us three different sizes. They call them studios. All three of them were very nice. The next time we went, they showed us a cottage; it was very cute. The marketing girl let us come in for happy hour. They had entertainment and cocktails. They had chips and salsa, beer, wine, strawberries, and dates. That was so nice. The staff was all very polite; they smile and say hi. I can't remember, but they have a big variety of activities. I know they have bingo and different outings to go out to eat, shopping, and to casinos. I already have recommended them to a senior league.
