My father moved into Hilliard Assisted Living & Memory Care. They provide very good care. The staff is very personable. They create a homey atmosphere, and they're very caring. He's building birdhouses right now. He's not into puzzles or arts and crafts. That's never been his thing. They're working on getting some additional things. He is almost finished with his first birdhouse. The food is OK. He has a studio and it's very nice. They have an exercise room, a courtyard, they bring in entertainment, and they will take them out for scenic rides. He's in memory care. It's very secure.

My parents are in Hilliard Assisted Living and Memory Care. It's nice and as far as these types of places go. It's affordable. The staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us through all the process, all the testing, paperwork, and everything else. The rooms are very nice. Everything is very nice, very clean, and very modern. It's a really nice facility. I've not had a meal, but my parents have now had several; they seem to enjoy it. They said the food is really good. They're on the memory care side, so it's kind of limited. They've got recreation for them. They encourage them to get out and be with other residents. They work on puzzles. They've got TV, a dining hall, and an outdoor area that they can go in. There's a little putting green out there in the outdoor area and a nice shaded area with little picnic tables. They can sit outside and enjoy themselves if they want. It's a nice little place. Some of the staff members are fantastic, but some of them seem more interested in just getting their work done. My dad, with his dementia, can be pretty difficult at times. The cost for my parents to be at this place was half of what it was at some other places. There was a really big ballpark on price. My parents are both in there at less than $4,000 each, whereas some of the other places that we were looking at were over $7,000, pushing $8,000 each. Considering the $7,200 a month for the two of them to be in there, it's not cheap. Compared to all other places, it was the best option as far as cost goes, and it wasn't giving up a whole lot either. It's a very nice facility. It's the best all around, and it's 5 minutes away from our house. It was perfect.

Horrible place! My grandparents have been residents there for over a year and have had multiple things stolen from their room...ok multiple occasions, and Including prescription medication. It is horrible how nothing has Happened, the food is overpriced and often times undercooked, small portions, etc. If you love your family members, you will not send your family there.

Hilliard Assisted Living & Memory Care has 2 bedrooms and different layouts of 1 bedroom, a large workout facility, and a large library, they go on outings and they have a big common space with a fireplace and a little café. It's all private pay but very nice. They have games, movies, and field trips, and they go out to eat sometimes and grocery shopping.

Hilliard Assisted Living & Memory Care was a beautiful place. I would move in there myself. They were very nice, very helpful, and very good about not pushing it but being available. There?s a hair and nail salon, a gym, and a community room with a kitchen. There?s a movie theater room and a private dining room. There?s a snack bar with cookies, coffee, or wine.
