My mother was a resident of Mayfair Village for 10 years, until passing away recently. I can not say enough good things about this facility. My mother was more than a resident, she was a member of the Mayfair family and they treated her as such. Mayfair was always great with communication if there were any concerns with my mom and they treated me as family as well. The staff is compassionate and extremely dedicated, I rarely saw “new faces” as far as the staff. When my mother passed the staff was shaken as if they lost a family member as well, which in actuality they did. If you’re looking for a facility for your loved one to be safe, cared for and loved, look no further than Mayfair Village. There will always be a place in my heart for Mayfair, I owe them more than words can express. Thank you for 10 years of comfort, care and love.

Danielle was very helpful and provided the relevant information we were looking for; although the floorplans were too small for what our Dad was looking for, she did refer us to another retirement community. Danielle even followed up on that visit!

I chose Mayfair Village Retirement for Rose. The staff is very cordial and very pleasant. The residents I met were good. The food, the layout, and the activities were good. It’s apartment-style, one-bedrooms with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and designed for people who require assistance.

My mom is at a place called Mayfair Village. I can visit her on my way home from work. It was convenient and it was priced correctly. The staff is as good as you can expect for a place like that. They have bingo, and they have music occasionally. They seem to be pretty active. My mom seems to be OK.

MayFair was close to my work so I could visit her more. It was nice. It had a lot of community activities. It seemed that they keep their residents active and out of their room. I wasn't able to see their rooms, but from the diagram, it looked pretty roomy. But it was way too expensive. The environment was nice. I like the friendliness of the staff. Everyone seemed friendly in there even the residents there have their social hours.

When my mother in law was in Mayfair Village, she was not happy there. She was not happy with the wait staff. They wore torn jeans and T-shirts, not at all professional. She was also not happy with the food, they were not appetizing.

This facility is very nice, the people and staff are all wonderful. The facilities are adequate, if a bit dated. The activities coordinaters of Mayfair do a wonderful job of creating events in which everyone can take part, I just wish that they would try to activly involve people. The facility is kind of expensive for what you get and after paying for a certain amount of services the home will start charging for "assisted living" which is alot more than a resident
