LaFayette Manor, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation made up of LaFayette Manor, offering you a 98-bed, fully licensed, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility and Beechwood Court, hosting a 64-bed, private pay personal care facility.When you or your loved one needs skilled nursing care, regardless of the length of stay, LaFayette Manor is committed to giving the best possible care. We are Medicaid and Medicare certified and accept Security Blue and third-party insurances, as well as, private pay. Our medical director and attending physicians are available 24 hours a day, and our licensed nursing staff and support staff provide round-the-clock care. We also offer IV therapies, respiratory therapy, and have a certified wound care nurse on staff. At LaFayette Manor, we are proud to have a fully staffed rehabilitation program. Our aggressive physical, occupational, and speech therapy departments are available six days a week. These departments provide services to residents with various diagnoses, including those who are recuperating from hip and knee surgery. They also provide therapy to those needing to regain strength and endurance from a diagnosis of pneumonia, heart attack, and stroke.
