this facility consistantly lets medications run out, leaving the resident to suffer withdrawals, cannot take simple manual blood pressures and the RCC is sorely unqualified and incompetent to communicate to doctors , family or the resident themselves , i have asked for an investigation from the State of NC , please thoroughly check into before placing your family or friend here

Sommerset has a very friendly staff and patients are free to enjoy the facility as well. The facility was clean and seemed to be well organized with distribution of meals, medications and more. Patients are allowed to go outside to enjoy the sunshine on bench seats displayed out front. As you enter the facility there is a family room set up for patients and family to enjoy visitation comfortably. The workers seem very busy; but I notice that they are focused on the patients; which is good. ...
