Piedmont Christian Home Inc has a very welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly and very helpful. My father's in a private room and it's about average size. It has a shared bath and it's comfortable. They have movies, crafts, and games, and for the ones that can venture out, they take them out shopping and stuff. They also have an onsite salon/hairstylist service and an outdoor area where the residents can go to when the weather's nice. The residents have monetary accounts that families can put money into so that if they need a couple of dollars when going out shopping, they can get money out from their account. There's a lady who keeps track of all of that.

Whenever I first did a tour of the place I thought God has answered my prayers!! My mom would be close to us and it would be great fit. Well, the day my mom moved in the facility it smelled just like urine and Shi*!! After I got her in the memory care unit it didn’t smell. All of my family members were like why did you place her here? After a few days goes by I noticed that my mom bed was being made up pissy and they were not using her hygiene products! I have noticed that some of the girls at night would be using their phones!!! The administrator staff loves to threaten you if you complain!! And they are not professional at all!!! They also don’t return your phone calls!!!

It smells like urine, all the bathrooms are always out of order, they dont make the residents wash, ive seen residents with the same dirty clothes on for days, they are constantly falling the have bruses, an they dont let the workers wear gloves, it just seem like they send people there to die, it needs to be shut down, the administrator is rude an doesnt care about the residents, they have ants an roaches not a goid place at all, the staff does what they want

My sister lives in Piedmont Christian Home. She's doing well. I went and visited her. They seem to be taking pretty good care of her. They call me when she is sick, and they tell me what they're all doing to her and all that. They have an outdoor garden, they have a room where they can play games, and they have their own TV in their room. They're pretty well off. Their staff is good. It looks nice and it's really clean.

Please do not put your loved one there. This place is so bad. Memory care is the worst they do not look after them they have very unprofessional aides there. All they care about is listening to hip hop music and talking' and messing on their cell phones. They do not look professioanl or act professional at all. They let my mother fall and she also got covid there. If not for the ambulance taking her out to the hospital she would be dead now. The director is the worst you can complain and it does no good. Her answer is I will ban you if you keep complaining or you can take her out if you are not happy here which is exactly what I did. There is nothing for them to do in memory care no TV for them to watch they removed the TV form the sitting area and the residents have nothing to keep them busy the aides do not interact with them only if they have to dress them or take them to the bathroom which my mom was wet more than one time with UTI's They half bath them and dress them my mom looked like an orphan half the time. because of this. I am so glad she is not there anymore. If you do decide to put your loved one there I would advise you to visit as much as possible to see what is going on. if you watch and observe you will see for yourself this is not the place for someone you care about. You need to visit on all shifts to get the truth and see for yourself. If you ask for a number to the owner or higher up you will not get it. You must go through the director who really does not care. I wonder if she has any loved ones that are elderly she cares about and wonder if she was in someone else shoes how she would feel. I am so thankful to God that he allowed me to see the real truth behind that place.

My uncle moved into the memory care of Piedmont Christian Home last month. It was very refreshing to have a place to put him that I feel like we can trust. We had a bad experience at the previous place, and so I find it feels like they actually care, and it made us feel good. It's an older place and small, but folks were nice. He has a private room and all the necessities that he needed, and it was very nice. So far, the staff is very caring, concerned, and professional. It's very clean and well maintained.

Piedmont Christian Home is (PCH) very clean PCH is always staffed with pleasant employees. It' s a secure facility. I've researched several assisted living facilities and at first glance you notice the size and neatness of the rooms. Interaction of PCH staff with residents impressed me they where very kind. All the residents where well groomed hair and nails painted and trimmed. They looked freshly dressed for casual activities. So far I have liked what I seen.

PIedmont, is not for your love one. My family member was,at Piedmont. They kept her sedated. They said things that were not true. Her care was not a priority. Avoid this place! They put her out because we were involved in her care.

Piedmont was OK. The facility did look clean but the residents didn’t seem to be as active. They seemed to be just sitting around. They had a calendar but they didn’t seem like extracurricular. They celebrate Christmas and Thanksgiving. They have a regular church service, they are closer to some stores, strip malls, and lower income neighborhood. It just seemed unengaging or uninviting. You have to press a button to have somebody come and let you in. Seemed like a hospital type environment.

My wife is staying in Piedmont Christian Home. The people are good, and the rooms are adequate. They have a room where they can play games, draw, or color -- those types of things. Overall, I am very pleased with it -- the building, the cleanliness, the professionalism of the staff and the location, easy access, not too far from where I live -- these are the things that really caught my attention.

Piedmont Christian Home is an older privately owned Assisted Living Facility. What it may lack in the fact that is an older faciltiy is more than made up by it's clean, neat and oderless, and warm enviroment. The residents always look like they are well cared for. My sister was in a newer facility for almost 9 years when they decided to go to a strickly alizhimers unit. It was probably the best thing that could have happened. I feel like she is in much better hands now. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. One of the things I love most, is that when I call and need to speak to a staff member I am able too and if not they always call me back in a very timely fashion. My sister is only in her 50's but is mentally handicaped and is unable to read. They always make an effort to include her in the outings that she would not no about if they didn't make that extra effort. She loves it there and that means everything to me.

Piedmont Christian in Jamestown isn't your typical assisted living facility. In fact, it hold about 100 people and most of them are as happy as can be. When I visited, I saw most of them outside of their rooms conversating and "shooting the breeze" with one another. Every last one of them had a smile on their face and that is no exaggeration. It was towards lunch time and the food smelled great and I wanted some but I had to hold myself back and just finish my mini-tour and be on my way. The most important thing I noticed was that people were happy and that is what counts in a place like this so I have to give this place 4 stars and a very close 5.
