Nursing staff overall nice however director/administrator has a very nonchalant approach and attitude. Lost all of mothers clothing and it was if it was no concern to her. Residents manage to wander in others room without supervision. No amenities to memory care resident that I seen family has to provide activities and pass times.

This place should not be in operation, The rooms are not cleaned, before covid 19 I would go there and find the her room in terrible condition, the floors very dirty, I can only amagine what it looks like now. My most important complaint is the care of my daughter. Her meds are not given to her correctly, Some of the staff are rude to her and me, they have failed getting her to her schedule Dr. appointments. Worst place ever!!!!!

These people do the absolute minimum and do not handle family requests at all. 90% of administration and staff are completely incompetent and could care less. Hospital orders were not filled, clothes lost, and complete lack of communication among staff. This facility's motto should be "not my problem". Worst experience ever.

Chatham Common was where my mother was for the last month before she passed away. It was nice, and the people, in the short time that my mother was there, they seemed they were very good too. The rooms were not physically as nice as the one she had stayed in before. It was an older place. It had been around for a while, and I thought former management weren't concerned about keeping it up. There was a new manager in there when I went there, and she seemed to be a lot more interested in keeping the place up and taking care of the people that were there.

My dad is busy and active at Chatham Commons. He plays bingo and goes to a Senior Center that is not far from there. Sometimes they have music, and he enjoys that as well. He made friends with the chef and is OK with the food. The staff are friendly. It’s nice because when I’m busy, they sometimes take him to doctor’s appointments. The room is perfect for him. He likes his roommate. He hadn’t complained of any unsanitary issue, and when I visit it seems clean. Everything seemed to be fine there.

The facility is locked and seems safe. Residents have all their basic needs met and access to medical care. There is a large common room for larger gatherings. The facility always allows us to visit whenever we need. We are also permitted to speak by telephone on a very generous schedule. Overall, the facility is clean and well-kept. The staff also allows us to take our aunt out for special occasions. However, it seems as if some of the staff are not equipped to handle residents with extensive needs. Our family is always getting calls to come handle situations that should be handled by the facility's staff. My family member has a mental health condition that causes her to become agitated and uncooperative, and the facility calls us to come take care of it. This occurs several times per month. In addition, the rooms are very small and cluttered. There are two residents packed into a very tight space with a small bathroom.
