My sister is in Spring Arbor of Cary. It has a nice appearance. It's clean. The staff are very friendly, they're knowledgeable and it seems like they care about the patients. They have a country kitchen where they can cook. They do exercises and they do say that they'll take them out, but my sister has only been there for such a short time, so I haven't gotten to see all those things. They have a group dining room, which is good because then the patients get to see each other. The dining area looks like a restaurant with nice tables and stuff, and the food looks okay. It looks good. It's cut up so that they don't have to use knives or anything.

Spring Arbor of Cary would be a convenient place for us, and the facility was clean. They also have the ability for a Sara lift that we needed for my dad. They could watch TV, and they have activities like bingo and painting.

We are very satisfied with Spring Arbor of Cary. They were very responsive to our request for a tour to see the facilities and to meet with the staff, and they were able to get my mom in very quickly. They've been very responsive to our questions or phone calls about how she's doing on any particular day. They do music therapy, chair yoga, and they have a walking club there. They also went to a Cinco de Mayo event recently.

We have chosen Spring Arbor of Cary for my aunt. It's brand new. I have a co-worker that has her mom who has been there since it opened and also had her dad there for a short stay. Their pricing is in line with what we were anticipating. Also they have on-site care; they don't contract them from the outside. Everybody was super cordial. I also got to talk to a few of the residents there. Their requirement for the residents, as long as they test negative, they don't have to wear a mask. For a senior citizen, that's a big thing. Everybody else has to wear a mask, but the residents don't. I would stay there in a heartbeat. It's all brand new. The rooms are well laid out, and they're decent size, and I'm just talking about the studio apartments. I also found out from the residents there that the food is fine. It's good quality food. It's a brand new facility and it's gorgeous. They have a nice garden area. They have a closed-in courtyard, but it's all beautiful gardens. It's very easy for somebody to sit out there and just get lost in time.
