I went to The Bristal at West Babylon. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful. The whole facility offered everything from A to Z. It was a wonderful facility. We didn't really meet a lot of staff, but they seemed very polite. They have a lot of activities. They have game rooms, coffee stations, a library, a pool, and lots of reading areas. Everyone was nice enough. We didn't eat the food, but they have a lot of options. The everyday menu was amazing.

The Bristal at West Babylon is a newer community and a bit bigger. It was a good feeling, but the other place had more of a home feeling because it's a little contemporary. This is more commercial, but I think the place was great too. The staff was just as knowledgeable, friendly, and everything else. They took the same procedures of caution. They get vaccinated, hand sanitizer, temperature, and masks in the whole facility. It's very clean and very organized. They keep it up. They care about their customers that are there. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable of what's going on, and the way they speak to you is caring. They care about your needs.

Me and my wife are living in The Bristal at West Babylon. It's a very nice community, the staff is very good. However, we find it highly restrictive. They've implemented some programs, which I think are beyond what the government calls for. That's the only thing. The apartments are very nice, very well kept, they clean it regularly. The staff is very nice. The food is a little not as well as I expected, but the staff takes good care of us. The location is very convenient; easy access. When they're operating, the amenities are very nice, but they haven't been operating since the COVID. They cut down on most of it. The only objection that I would offer is the restrictions that they place on the residents, and the food is mediocre.

If I were to organize a Protest at The Bristal in West Babylon the slogan would be WORST CARE ANYWHERE, TAKE YOUR PARENTS ELSEWHERE. They should NOT have an enhanced care license. They can't even figure out how to deliver a healthy meal to a diabetic who is sick in her room - and they actually have a policy NOT to deliver meals to the room of a sick person. They deliver Tea and Toast. They don't have adequately trained staff to deal with health issues, They don't currently have a wellness director on staff. Yes, it's beautiful, sparkly and full of fun and games, but if it's care you need, go somewhere else. Be careful. Search for other reviews. Don't be misled by their Sales and Marketing dept.

The Bristal at West Babylon was beautiful. It opened around four months ago, but it was too big and too new. It feels like a cruise ship. There were not many residents yet, my father's room would be too far from the nearest elevator, and it was much smaller. The dining area was absolutely beautiful, but it was expensive.
