My husband is at Village Green. I go there almost every day. It's very clean and very private. The facility itself is very nice. It's just that getting a consultation is difficult. The staff is very nice. My husband has a private bathroom. It's like he has his own apartment. No appliances because of his memory, but I was able to put a TV, a refrigerator, and a telephone and stuff like that. With regard to activities, my husband hasn't had any activities presented to him. I would like to have people come over and engage him, but if I'm not there, it's not done. The residents that are not in the memory would be taken on trips. My husband is on a different floor. He is on the basement floor where the memory patients are.

I toured Village Green. I like the location. It looks like a nice facility. It's clean. The pricing is a little bit high. The staff was very nice. They have a movie theater. They have a lot. They have a salon. The atmosphere is welcoming. The room size looked nice.

The decision to place a loved one in a senior care facility brings levels of anxiety to new heights. That is what my family and I faced when we realized that our beloved Mother needed assistance for daily living beyond our capacity to provide what she deserves at this time in her life. Once the decision had been made and the process began, there were often more questions than answers. It truly felt like driving without a map towards new, uncharted territory. After we initially explored options on our own, we were introduced to The Village Green in Levittown and realized that we had found an answer to our prayers. Although we previously knew no one there, from the moment we called for an appointment to the initial interview and tour, evaluation and subsequent steps that such an important decision requires, we experienced kindness, competency, support, helpful information, a welcoming and understanding community of caregivers, and an additional family to love and protect Mom, not only to keep her safe and meet her basic needs, but who enrich her life on many levels. The Village Green is just the 'right fit' for our Mother, warm, cozy, charming, approachable, attentive staff, and a homelike atmosphere that is keenly appreciated by residents and visitors. We are so very grateful.

My mom-in-law moved into here. I liked the familiarity with their patients and with their families. It's a smaller community, but I've had nothing but good things to deal with and for me, it's like a big thing. It's like they know I walk in and they're like, 'Monique, how are you? Mom's here. She's doing this.' It feels a little more homey, and they don't allow her to just sit in her room and fester by herself. She's out, she's busy, she's doing stuff. They take care of her meds, they take care of private stuff for her. They just take excellent care of her. She's enjoying herself, which is a huge relief. They have bingo, chair aerobics, karaoke, and an audiobook club which my mother-in-law, who's a voracious reader, has macular degeneration and cannot see anymore. That's huge. For me, the audio book club is the best. But, they have a regular book club, and they have a library.

Jill and the rest of the staff have been kind and considerate every step of the way. It’s not an easy decision to move your loved one into a facility but Village Green has proved to us it was the right decision.

I liked them. It was very clean. The staff looked very engaged with the clients. There were a lot of activities going on. I looked at memory care and it is a little different because it's more confined, but they had a library and outdoor seating areas. They had multiple rooms. They had arts and crafts and a game area to put activities that they could play. The layout was very nice. I looked at private rooms with a private bathrooms. I just was very happy with the place. I would have used them.

I visited Village Green and the community is very pretty and clean. I had the chance to have lunch with residents and ordered seafood salad. It was delicious. I also joined in on an Art Therapy class and painted with some of the residents. I’ve taken art classes in the past and was so happy to paint again. I had a wonderful afternoon at Village Green. The staff and residents were all so nice.

It is a brand new facility. It's beautiful and everybody seems very caring. So far, from what I saw for the last couple of weeks, my aunt is getting the care she needs. She is in the memory care and they do her laundry, provide her food, and they have activities throughout the day. When I visit her, they're always doing activities either drawing or listening to music, and a bunch of different things. The staff was nice, informative, and friendly, too.
