My friend moved to The Addison of Park Crescent. They had an opening and they're willing to take her right away. They let her move in a couple of days before without charging or without prorating it. They offer breakfast and dinner. The apartment is cute, it has a small kitchen, a bedroom, and it has a living room. It's nice. There's a sliding glass door and she even has a balcony. The food is very good. The staff has been good with us. They have Tai Chi and Euchre a couple of times a week. They also have daily meditations. They have Wii bowling for the seniors that go on three or four times a week. They have a computer room that seniors are eligible to use anytime they want. They have a lot of different activities and they post it. They also give you a calendar of what's going on. It's a pretty good place. The security guards are very nice there, too.

My mom and I toured this community. The sales director went out of her way to make the tour incredibly special. The community is wonderful and you can tell the residents are genuinely happy. Although my mom chose to stay in Buffalo where she is originally from, I have no doubt she would have been very happy here if she decided to make a move to Rochester.

The apartments are bright and you can decorate them to reflect your style. The food is great and there are a lot of options. There are many activities to help you stay active and socialize with others in the community. The staff genuinely cares and listens to the concerns and suggestions given by the residents. My mom has lived here 8 years and it just keeps getting better.

My parents moved here. The people there are extremely professional, friendly, and very supportive of my parents transitioning from their home to a senior living situation. All the staff have been wonderful and caring. The food is excellent. Chef Kevin really does a beautiful job of making sure that they get a nice variety of food. The facilities are wonderful and extremely clean. It's open and decorated beautifully. They keep it fresh. They don't mind some of the seniors putting little things out in the front door to make their entry space their own. Their two-bedroom apartment is beautiful. The laundry facilities and the trash facilities are good. The planned activities throughout the day are awesome.

We considered Legacy at Park Crescent for our father, however, in the end we decided to move forward in a different direction. We really appreciated the tour and time spent discussing the various options and amenities available. Excellent care facility, everyone we met was very welcoming. Thank you!

The room my mother rented is spacious. Her apartment has a fireplace and a balcony. Everything about the apartment makes you feel at home and cozy. The bathroom is huge, plenty of room especially if you need a wheelchair. The staff are professional, caring, and accommodating. The residents are very friendly. Activities are nicely planned and gives residence a large variety to choose from. I would highly recommend this Independent living facility.

It is a very nice place. The staff is very good and very friendly. The place is beautiful. The food is OK. They have Bingo, but Mom doesn't go, and they have a library that she likes a lot. She has a studio and it's very nice. It's small, but it's very comfortable. She likes it there. It's very good financially.

My father has been here for 3 and a half years, and I am very impressed with them because my mother moved in; the two of them were in together into a 2 bedroom apartment. When my mother passed away, I went down to the office, and I told them I want my father in a 1 bedroom because mentally he can’t see her bedroom. In just a week they had it moved. They gave us everything we wanted in another patio. It’s a beautiful facility with beautiful patios. They’ve got ducks and geese, landscaping, the beautiful pavilion outside, and no problems with his view. It’s very accessible if you have a wheelchair or walker, easy to get in till late at night for someone who is there with the code. If I want to take my father out, I have a code to get him back in after a certain time. It’s very clean, and when you walk in it’s impressive. My father is very happy, but my father and most of the people are not impressed with the food at all; they go and buy their own food. The apartments are of good size, and the rooms are bigger.

My mom lives here right now. They are great and seem very nice, very helpful, and patient with her. When my father was there, they have to have lots of different aides and staff come in. Mom was having a day where she didn’t want to leave him, so they brought meals to her one-bedroom apartment. They are very good. Mom is very comfortable but feels very lonely and lost without Dad at this point. They have all sorts of activities, like music, different game nights, and entertainment around the holidays. They have everything, like a beauty shop and barber shop right there, which made it very easy when Mom and Dad gave up driving. It worked out very well. I would highly recommend them. It comes with everything they need. They can get rides in taxis when they want to take little trips and get a few things, like chips or cookies. The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are really nice; it’s a very comfortable facility and doesn’t make you feel like you’re in a care facility of any sort. It’s very nice.

My father-in-law has moved in here. We chose this because of the people who were there, and it was more of a community. They do grocery shopping, and they also have lot of activities like social events where they have teenagers come dance with the elderly. They also have bingo all the time and Wii games. There is a billiard room, dominoes, and card games. They also have musicians come in. There is something going on all the time.

We selected them for my mother because at that time she just needed independent and not the assisted living. Her experience has been very good. The staff is very caring and very helpful. Her room is very clean and very nice.

It was better but some of their staff did come slow over there a little bit. I don’t feel like they had a handle on it, but it hasn’t been real bad. The staff is friendly. They do listen to what you’re saying. They have their own little apartments. I would say the cleanliness is good. It’s not institutional. Their activities would be bingo, wine tasting, and some exercise classes. They have card playing, movies, and walking. They also have parties for residents’ birthdays.

It was very nice. The people that worked there were very friendly and outgoing. The people that lived there were very friendly as well. They offered us lunch but we declined. They had activities there. There were a group of people playing some card games, some were playing board games and they had an exercise room.
