I toured Holiday Fleming Point. It was awesome. The tour was great. The facility was great. The staff was the best. The apartment was very nice. There's a one-bedroom and studios. I had lunch and we walked through the apartments. They had common spaces, a library, and a courtyard.

Holiday Fleming Point was very clean. Everybody was very helpful. Everything was in place and in order. The staff members were all great. I had lunch there, and the food was very good. It wasn't as expensive as the last place I had been, but it had enough menu choices.

I found Holiday Fleming Point to be a wonderful place. The rooms would be comfortable to spend time in. They had libraries and activity rooms. They had a beautiful dining room with a fireplace, which was wonderful. They have very pleasant people who are working there. There's a beauty parlor to get your hair done. I would have a first-floor room with a small porch so that my cat could get out and wander. All the staff that we met were very, very pleasant. We had lunch. The lunch was very tasty and the woman who served us was very pleasant. I had nothing bad to say about them.

When I went to Holiday Fleming Point, the kitchen area only had a refrigerator and a sink, so it wasn't laid out for anybody to do cooking in the apartment. They have a community kitchen where people could cook, but I like to look at a kitchen that's a little more functional. I liked the fact that if your apartment is on the first floor, you don't have to walk back to the main lobby. There was a door going out to a patio. You could go and park your car near the apartment. So, that was very nice.

Holiday Fleming Point was our second choice, it's just the other place was a little closer to me and my brothers. That was the main decider between the two. The staff members were great. They were very professional, very friendly, and very helpful. The facilities were very nice, very modern, and very clean. It looked like a very welcoming place. The patio was fine. It would be a nice place when the weather is nice. The food looked fine, too. The dining area was nice and large. They serve food restaurant style. The food did not look like institutional food that you would get at a nursing home; it looked like it was professionally cooked and had a nice variety.

The rooms at Holiday Fleming Point were large and had lots of storage. I had a nice tour there and had lunch with Laurie. It was just a salad, but it was fine. The dining area was nice and the living atmosphere was nice. The people were also very nice, very professional, and very courteous. They have a hairdresser, a workout center, and a game room. They just don't do physical therapy there.

My mom will be moving into Holiday Fleming Point. I was impressed with the executive director and staff. The executive director was so sincere and such a lovely person. We just fell in love with the place because of her. My mom's meals and utilities are included. She'll have to pay for a phone, but pretty much everything else is included. They have a full-size refrigerator. They have a courtyard, a walking path around the building, and several areas outside with benches where they can go and sit.

Holiday Fleming Point was a professional place. I just wasn't super impressed with the facility itself. It was OK. They didn't have very good security there. They had a thing that you wear around your neck, but I don't like that you can just wander off. I don't like the way it's structured. The rooms looked average and looked a little rundown.

My visit to Holiday Fleming Point was wonderful. The person we met with was very engaging, very informative, answered all of our questions, and gave us a lot of information. We loved dealing with them. They were very friendly and personable. The sizes of the rooms were very good. They do medical transport. They do various exercises and outings that I know my mom would be interested in. They had a garden club, a library, and a chapel. We saw the sample menus. We were very pleased with the choices, but we have not eaten there. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and not all places serve lunch. Everyone is given a GPS device that they wear all the time. Even if they are not on the property, they can still wear it. If they get into trouble with anything, they have connections. I was very impressed with that. The facility itself really looked like it was just built last week. It looked very well-maintained.

There were several good things that I liked about Holiday Fleming Point. I was pleased with the head chef and the manager of the facility. I was impressed with the dining area. It was more constructive and the chef gave us a nice rundown of their capabilities. They had a craft area and nicely laid out rooms. I liked the flexibility of having a small room versus a one-bedroom versus a two-bedroom. I thought that was helpful. It was very clean and the staff was very, very helpful.

We're getting ready to move my mom to Fleming Point. The place is nice, the people are very friendly, and there are all kinds of ages there. I worked with the gentleman that runs the place, he's a very, very nice gentleman. They offer the same facilities and the same things as the other ones I have toured. They do cooking, they go out on outings and they take people to different places.

Our tour at Fleming Point was excellent. The gentleman that conducted the tours with us, his name was Tracey, and he was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We had a fun tour. The amenities were excellent, they can even accommodate my wife's strict dietary situation or mine because I'm a diabetic. They have quite a few activities, and when we were there they had a gentleman playing the piano and doing sing-alongs with the people that were there.

Fleming Point was very nice. They had availability, but the problem with the availability right now was the financial part. My brother qualifies for the VA assistance grant, but there's a waiting period of three to four months. The staff was very nice though, and they have mostly answered my questions. They showed me everything and explained everything very well. I was very satisfied with the location and with the place itself. It was very pretty, very nice, and very clean. They have a recreational room where they do a lot of different stuff and one of my brother's disabilities is his walking, and they were able to accommodate if needed so, that he'll be on the first-floor level so he doesn't have to do stairs, even though they have elevators.

It was a very good experience visiting Fleming Point in Rochester. It's independent living, and the person who took us on the tour was friendly. It was a very comprehensive tour. We saw several residents who spoke to us while we were walking around. That was nice because we got an idea from them how they felt about the place. They all seemed very, very positive about it. The place is beautiful and very impressive. When we went in, it was very clean. They showed us a couple of apartments. They were very nice and very clean too. I liked the location; it was nice. It was in a very nice residential area.

Fleming Point was outstanding. If we could afford it, I would not even go look at any other places. The only thing is that it is so freaking close to the lake, and that lake keeps that area cooler in the summer. But as far as everything about the facility and the people, it was just wonderful. The one who runs the place was wonderful, explained everything to us, was very warm and welcoming, and answered all our questions. It would be my first choice for independent living. It was absolutely perfect. The only thing is the price point. I understand why it is so expensive, but I prefer not to have all those services. I would like to be able to prepare my own meals and do my own laundry. I totally want to be independent, and I am sure that adds considerably to the cost. There were like five or six different options, but we wouldn't need the largest option as far as the size of the apartment. We hopefully will not be ready for assisted living for a while. I cannot imagine anything being more impressive than Fleming Point.

I didn't think I would ever feel the way I do about my new home. Once I left my house, I felt like my life was over. This place, Fleming Point, has given me a new family. They are caring, funny, make you feel like someone and have made me a believer. I found new friends and a new future.

Could not find a better place. When I got sick, they let my family know. They were very supportive when I came home. I did not know how much I would miss it, but I did. I love it here.

Even with all the things that are happening on the outside when I came through the door there were residents doing exercise, they were setting up the tables for supper and the residents I met in the hall were the first to tell me that this is the Place to be. Extremely clean and very friendly atmosphere makes me know we had made the right choice.

My mother moved into Fleming Point, and it's been great. It's very nice, everyone has been friendly, and everyone is very helpful. It's a great place, and I would recommend it to anybody. The dining area was beautiful, like being on a cruise ship, and you can order your own meals. It was affordable and the location was great.

Fleming Point is very nice. They have mainly the one room configuration, the studio, and most of the rooms are like that with some different layouts. They also have regular 1-bedroom apartments. Every single one is an individual apartment. The person who gave me the tour was very accommodating and tried to be very helpful. The food was very good. The tables are set up for four. Service is very much individualized and they have a big choice of things you can have for dinner.

My visit to Fleming Point went fine. They provide transportation throughout the village for the residents. They serve three meals a day and you can also get snacks. They offer house cleaning services with sheet changes once a week, and any kind of room service. I got the feeling that they will do whatever you need.

When you walk into Flemming Point, people greet you. It was very warm, friendly, open, and bright. The dining area looked nice, central, and open, and I liked that. The rooms seemed adequate, nice, little apartments. The staff was very friendly.

Fleming Point was actually a very nice facility. They were only 12 years old, but they looked really old and was full. It was a very active community. It seemed to be very nice and friendly. Everybody knew everybody, which was very nice. It was very personable, very pleasant, and a good choice. I liked their dining area except that there was no entryway when you went in. They had so many people that it was so crowded at the dining tables.

My mom is now at Fleming Point, and she loves it. It is like a grand hotel. It is beautiful. They provide the meals, and the meals have been very good. They have activities, and they take residents out on a trip on Mondays. They also take residents out for any doctor's appointments that they may have on Tuesdays.

Fleming Point was a lovely place. I was very impressed with the looks of the place and the amenities that were there for the residents. The staff was very warm and welcoming and seemed to know the residents very well. They greet them by name and that kind of thing. My mother was also very impressed by the place itself, and she was just dumbfounded by how lovely it was, but she doesn't really want to go any place. It was very nice, and they were very accommodating for us. We saw a few different varieties of room -- studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom -- and they were all very nice, well laid out, and seemed to have everything that they would need. They just bring in their own furniture, but as far as kitchen things like a refrigerator and things like that, they had that available for the residents, and they seemed to be quite roomy; that surprised me. The dining room was very nice. We had lunch there, they had a nice variety of food, and what we ordered for lunch was very good. I was impressed that a lot of the waiting staff knew the favorites of so many of the residents, so it was a very positive experience. They seemed to have many different activities -- exercise activities, game activities, Bingo, and other games that they could play as a group. They have arts and crafts things, and they took them out shopping to the grocery store and sometimes to the neighborhood store where they could look for clothing or whatever. They have lots of activities to keep them busy and a variety of things that appeal to different people.

My mother has already been in Fleming Point for a month now. It’s a wonderful facility, and she loves it there. We liked that the managers live on site. She is enjoying all the activities like bingo, and they have entertainment come in. The food is excellent. Mom has an apartment with 1-bedroom, one living room, and a little kitchenette area that’s got a refrigerator and some cabinets for if she wants to keep snacks.

I also visited Fleming Point, and they were excellent. If I didn't pick the one my mother's in, I would have picked Fleming Point. They were very accommodating and very friendly, and they just seemed to have a nice homey feel. The rooms were very good too. The staff that accommodated me during the tour was excellent.

We went to Fleming Point. I like the location of it. We didn't like it because it was too big. Some of the things were located on the second floor that we would have to attend to. I think it would just be too overwhelming for my father. It was very open; it was very nice; it was clean. The people that were there were very nice. We saw them playing a baseball game with bean bags.

My mom has lived at Fleming Point for about 4 years now and it is amazing how he health and emotional well being has improved since she moved there. It has a very warm family atmosphere with an activities calendar full of anything anyone would want. Music, cards, painting, bingo, exercise classes and trips to local restaurants weekly. The staff and residents are a friendly and caring and go the extra mile for each and every person living there. Pets are allowed, a great plus. At first I was concerned there wasn't a full kitchen in the apartments but now realize it is better that way.. because they provide 3 meals and there is always fresh fruit, snakes, coffee, tea hot chocolate available. Plus it is safer not to have stoves/ovens in the rooms. Holidays are celebrated with gusto and family members are encouraged to join in the festivities. Mom love living there "such a pretty place" "looks like a hotel". She has done one stroke painting, drawn pictures which she has given to her grandsons as gifts.. who knew! I love Fleming Point because my mom does and I know she is happy and safe..
