The Shoppes apartments have one or two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens and laundry rooms, and there are units available with a fireplace and balcony. Villas have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a garage and a patio. It has on-site management and 24-hour emergency maintenance for all residents and a garbage pick-up service for the villas.
