This facility is not good, the food is terrible always cold normally late and not what is listed on the menu or what you requested. They are always short staffed and the weekends are even worse. The owners are sneaky and use the money they get from patients to renovate the facility give it a cosmetic overhaul with a “cheap modern hotel layout” but put no money into staff or caring for the residents. My room had roaches and I would wait an hour for someone to answer my call bell. Don’t put your loved ones life at risk simply because they did a cheap cosmetic renovation. No money goes back into caring for the patients or staff. There were no activities just a room with a large TV and one staff member watching 20+ patients.

with the new updates the facility has come a very very long way from where it used to be. it is like night and day. excellent amenities, excellent care, great location and very friendly staff.

My mother went there for rehab. First the fowl odor was overwhelming second was the bathroom was inoperable due to the sink backed up with urine and no running water in the sink. No working Tv remote no meds given on first night, and the beautiful rehab room was not up and functional. Horrible food Only rehab was walking the smelly hallway I transferred her out immediately to a wonderful rehab. Please don’t send anyone there

What a dump! Hire more caring staff - buy better food- where’s the rehab activities- Taking money to renovate the dump but not be caring of the ppl in your so called care. Do NOT send your loved ones here - it’s only making the fFriedman family richer with minimum of care to patients there. Hopeless. I’d give zero stars if I could.

THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS. LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE USING ALL THE MONEY THEY GET FROM PATIENTS AND INSURANCE TO RENOVATE THE BUILDING. IT SURE IS NOT GOING TO STAFF TO TAKE CARE OF THE PATIENTS! THEY ARE SITTING IN THEIR FILTH AND EXCREMENT FOR HOURS!!!!! SOME PATIENTS GO IN FOR REHAB BUT THEY HARDLY EVER GET THAT! DRS HARDLY EVER SEE PATIENTS. THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THEM. DO NOT SEND FAMILY OR LOVED ONES HERE. YOU WILL SEE THE HOPE LOST IN THEIR EYES!

My mother has been here since August 2017. The first 2 days the entire staff was so attentive. I thought the admissions director was my new best friend! HA! Well that stopped by the 4th day. Mom is physically handicapped but totally cognitive. Many weekends most of the CNA's don't come in, resulting in extremely poor care for the residents. The morning CNA assigned to my mother grumbles and complains and makes her feel like she is disliked and a burden. This CNA is ok with the washing and dressing but it's annoying to her that she has to use the hayer to move mom to her wheel chair and be brought to the dining room. And that's it. She does not provide any other care for the rest of her shift. All these places want to do is take your money - all of it! I'm currently looking for a better place. Do they event exist? I really should give this place 1 star. Getting old is not for sissies.

my poor Mother went to this place after had hip surgery (she was suppossed to be there for rehab, what a joke that was ) it was only one of 2 places who accepted her medical insurance, I went everyday and still she was not cared for properly, broke my heart, she passed away after a year and a half in that place, haunts me every day :-( they all suk but this one really suks bad!
