My Aunt is a resident in this horrifying place! It's dirty, smells, leaks in the bathrooms, (so patients can slip and fall in bathroom) and the staff...well I have NOTHING good to say about them. Please, don't put any one in this place...and if you have someone there, GET THEM OUT!!!!!! I give them a BIG ZERO!!

This place is a mess. my grandmother was there several times and now my dad is there and the service is horrible. the corridors smell of urine and most of the staff including the nurses act as if they do not have a clue as to what is going on around them. It takes over and hr at times for someone to come after the nurse bell is rung for help. The side of the building on the 1st floor where the patients are is very cold and the opposite side where the offices are is very warm! shm. I am in the process of getting my dad removed from this filthy dirty place that should be shut down immediately. although there are a handful of aids that go far beyond what is expected of them. i give this place a big fat ZERO!
