My friend is at The Heritage Assisted Living. It is close to where I am. They are very nice people. I heard a lot about them, and they were very helpful from day one. They went out of their way to help me get my friend settled, get her insurance together, and get her in there. My friend's room is very nice and very comfortable. I've got it fixed up like a little college dorm. So far, the staff are very nice to her and very helpful to me. In terms of cleanliness, it's very clean, very comfortable, and very friendly. From what I've seen the dining area looks very nice. They have a new chef there, and he seems to be compliant with the patients. With regard to activities, there are programs and activities, but my friend is not accustomed to them yet. The value for money is comparable to other places.

My wife has been a resident in the Legacy Unit (Dimension Care) for almost 10 months. She has a very nice room, always clean and tidy. The management team is a very professional and caring group of very nice people. They work there because they care about people and try to make a difference every day. I am very pleased about the aides that care for my wife and the other Legacy residents. The aides do a commendable job every day, in my opinion. The food they serve is very good, i know because i have tasted it myself. I would recommend the Legacy Unit at the Heritage Assisted Living in Hammonton N. J. to anyone.

I BEG YOU DO NOT put your family member in this facility. I rarely write reviews but this one is absolutely necessary No AC in multiple residents' rooms in 90-degree heat for days in the Dementia Unit. The place is totally disorganized and the staff could care less. Management doesn't care either, absolutely awful and neglectful. The place is dirty and residents are not taken care of properly.

I was at The Heritage Assisted Living. They're not professional. I had a nice room. They had a living room and a dining room. I was there three years, and I know people that have been there for 13 years, and the menu has never changed. So it's like pasta, pasta, and pasta. They had good activities until the COVID, and of course, that went down the tubes. The biggest thing is that they're not professional. There is supposed to be a HIPAA law, but it's like a gossip column about everybody. They kept the place clean. They had no outdoor area, it's just a walk path.

My father is in the Heritage. The outside is beautiful. The inside is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. However, the rugs need to be addressed because they are worn. They are pretty well staffed, and everybody that we have come across has been pretty nice. They are very helpful. There is a bunch of things for them to do, but my dad is more of a hermit, and he didn't participate in the activities. He didn't like to socialize. They have two or three different styles of rooms. He is pleased with his room. It is beautiful. It has a little refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, and kitchen cabinets. It has its own bathroom. For what it is, its fine. It is a nice area. It is an assisted living facility, and around the corner, there is a full-blown nursing home. I think it is worth looking into.
