Noble Senior Living at Bridgeton Essentia Neighborhood is an Assisted Living Memory Care community to care for Residents that are in need of specialized care related to Alzheimer's, dementia and other memory care issues. Our community is an affordable senior living option. We accept private pay, Veterans’ Aid and Attendance, and Long-term care insurance.

Noble Senior Living at Bridgeton Essentia Neighborhood‘s Life Enrichment program boasts many activities that is specifically designed for those with memory impairments. We incorporate daily spiritual, social, physical, and intellectual activities to give each of our residents a fulfilling day. Our activities director spends time getting to know residents. She meets with new residents and family members to find out what their interests are and what they enjoy doing most. Monthly events may vary based on residents’ interests and participation.

CARE AND SERVICES

Care-related services include, but are not limited to:

• Care staff, including a licensed nurse, at facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Personal care assistance with activities of daily living
• Medication assistance and administration
• Mobility assistance
• Continence maintenance
• Visits from outside physician
• On-site visits from the dentist, podiatrist, home health, and more

Essentia Memory Care Neighborhood

Memory care refers to specific care for a person with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or another memory impairment. Specialized care may range from cueing to requiring a secured setting to prevent elopement. Our memory care program builds on the resident’s current abilities. We incorporate daily structure, fitness, and physical and occupational therapy to help complete a daily routine and maintain each resident’s functional abilities as long as possible.
