• any exercise equipment you would want for cardio, inversion, hula, peddling, weights (with approval)

• 5 fenced acres, about 70 mature trees (fruit, nut, shade), seating everywhere, a large pergolla with a big porch swing and hammock, strolling areas, many flower beds, a large vegetable garden area and strawberry boat, horse shoes, lawn areas, an exercise pool, an outdoor fireplace with seating area, bring what you want for the outdoors, there are great views, sunsets, birds abound and the mustangs do visit on occasion
• plans for a large rear deck, hot tub, pool table and pond-come live here and have input on future fun projects!!!
