I toured Kiley Ranch Senior Living. They're a very clean facility. The food was fantastic, better than any restaurant I've been to. The guy, the director or whatever he was, took the time to give us a tour and explain everything. It was just a pleasant time there. The only bad thing was the expense. The staff was great. They have an outdoor space and a little mini golf. They have activities, a library, and computers stationed out. I wish they were more affordable.

My mom liked Kiley Ranch Senior Living. It was a pretty nice facility, and it was new. It was very clean and it didn't smell. The staff was nice, and we had a great tour. Stacey was wonderful. The rooms looked nice and very adequate. They didn't have much for gardening as far as that goes, but they did have a gym. They also had a mini courtyard and a pet area.

Stopped in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised because it doesn’t look like an assisted living place. People were happy and friendly. Easy to find and parking is all around the building which is all at ground floor level. Rooms are spacious with huge closets and bathrooms. We’ve been other places and we’ll come back again when we are ready.

I toured Kiley Ranch Senior Living. What I like least is that they didn't have a swimming pool, and it was too far out of Washoe County. The lady that toured me, was knowledgeable and friendly. They had one machine in the gym. It was clean. In terms of location, it wasn't too far away from most shopping malls. The layout was OK.

I went to Kiley Ranch Senior Living yesterday. It has memory care and assisted living. My stepdad could probably go into assisted living and then move into memory care. The thing I liked about that is that the memory care and the assisted living, both sides looked very similar, so it would have been an easy transition as far as familiarity of that area. It's a brand-new facility, so it's very clean. The rooms were very nice. There's enough room and they're furnished, which is pretty nice. They can bring in a few pieces of furniture on their own, but the bed is supplied, and the way they're set up is like a little studio there. They do have different options, but what I was looking for for my stepdad was just a little studio. There was enough room in there for a chair, for the bed, for a small dresser. He has his own bathroom. There was a little area where he could put a refrigerator, and there was a little closet in there. So, it was very nice. The staff was very professional, very caring, and I just enjoyed visiting with her. Of all the places I've been, that was the one place where I saw, especially on the memory care side, how engaged they were. When we were there, there were probably about eight of the residents and they were sitting in a circle, and then there were caregivers for about every third person. They had seventies music going and they were just batting around a balloon with these foam tubes. And everybody was laughing. The residents were all happy and they were just very engaged.

I was able to visit Kiley Ranch Senior Living, and I thought it was excellent. The rooms were very adequate in size and condition. I think they did a great job on the layout of the whole facility. They showed me the studio, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom suite, and 2-bedrooms. We weren't able to eat there but we got to sample their dessert. They had the movie theater which also works as a church area, they have several common areas, and they showed us the above-ground gardening area that the clients can do during appropriate times. They showed me an area that's a beauty salon for nail care and hair care, and they have a nice open cafe area that's open all day. At the time of our visit, they were having their lunch, and I thought they were happy and enjoying their meals. And other people that were visiting were also very happy.
