My dad moved in 2 weeks ago. The place is very nice and the people are friendly. The staff is very helpful and concerned about his well-being, and they helped me move him in. My dad's room looks nice with a nice view out the window. Their dining area looks nice, and it looks like the residents are being served their food adequately. I like the surroundings of this facility. It is located in a residential neighborhood with a lot of trees along the street.

Do not place your loved one in their care. They are not responsive. They do not follow through on promised care. There is constant turnover. The food is mediocre. The panic button is used for everything. They cannot distinguish between an emergency or another issue, so response time is increased. They take medication out of patients’ rooms without permission and then administer it incorrectly. The supervising nurse is rude. The trash is often not picked up. The rooms are not cleaned well. The doors to the front are open all night and no one is at the front desk. The electricity goes out too often and they don’t check on the residents that are on oxygen. I do not recommend this facility.

It was new and very clean. The staff were friendly and professional. They provided an excellent follow-up. If we needed a place, that would be the place we would have chosen. They have a game room, a library, and a theater. They support residents with outings and doctor's appointments. They assist with all kinds of activities.

It was very nice. The person I was supposed to meet wasn't able to meet with me, so they had somebody else give me a tour that normally doesn't do it. So it was a pretty quick tour. We went in and saw the facilities. Everybody was very nice. It was very clean. The room that we saw had a bathroom that was easy for the residents to get in and out of. They also had an area in the bathroom where they could lock up their things. The few people I met were very friendly. It's just the tour wasn't as encompassing of the whole facility as the other facilities that I had gone to.

I like the care that they could give my mom and what's included in that care. They have a nurse on duty which was good, I was pleased with all that. The staff who gave the tour was very good, very helpful, and willing to spend time and answer questions. The rooms are smaller than where she's now, but it is what it is. It looked like they took care of the apartments. We looked at one that they were cleaning up and getting ready to rent out. The dining area was very open so I liked that. I was impressed at how many activities they have. They had a whole big crafts room where they did crafts. They seemed to have more activities than the place where she's at now, as far as getting them to interact, so that's good. One of the things I liked was they did the laundry.

We're pursuing this community for my wife's grandfather. The tour was very professional. The place was very clean, I thought the rooms were great, and they felt private and like a home. The dining area was large, spacious, and felt friendly. They have lots of things. It's just not lots of things he's going to take advantage of. What we liked is that you're able to bring your pet and you could smoke and watch TV in your room.

My mom is moving in. It's beautiful. It's only three years old, very well-laid out, and the rooms are very well laid out for people who use wheelchairs and walkers. It has a more modern look, it has more open space, and there aren't a lot of unnecessary walls, so she will be able to get her walker and wheelchair around corners a lot easier. Sofia and Lita are the two marketers; they're awesome, tremendously helpful, called me right back, took me on tours, and are still so supportive, looking forward to my mom being there and helping her settle in. The dining area is pretty, I heard from other people that the food is good. They have food service for a fee, they can bring trays to her room, and they will accommodate people eating in their room, because sometimes those big dining room can be overwhelming.

We chose them for my father-in-law. It's a very nice and friendly community. It's well-lit and spacious which is very good for people with wheelchairs. I haven't tried the food yet but it always smells really good whenever we go during mealtime to visit our father-in-law. The personnel is very friendly and attentive. I like that you have a buzzer that you wear as a necklace, so it's always on you. The transition to get our father from the nursing home into the assisted living was made very easy, and they made sure there were no lapse in medication or anything. They were very attentive about that kind of stuff. The staff members are all really good. They have a chef cooking there, and they often change up the menu. It's really beautiful, and they have lots of common areas where you can play pool or games, and they have an arts and crafts room, movie room, and nice common areas. It seems that they have a lot of activities, like outings to the casinos, picnics, and grocery shopping.
