If we were going to find a place for my mom, then Clearwater at Rancharrah would be our choice in terms of memory care. It was a very clean and welcoming environment with access to a nice outdoor area. The clients seemed happy. The staff were friendly to their clients from what we could see. The rooms were clean, newly built, really nice, and well-maintained. The dining area seemed easily accessible, clean and a welcoming environment. Some clients were watching TV and playing some games.

I like that Clearwater at Rancharrah had a very upbeat vibe to it. There was a little more modern contemporary feel to it. The staff was very professional. They had physical therapy and OT right there on the premises that I liked. They had a movie theater, which I thought was nice. There's a salon, and that looked nice. It was so clean and new, and my mother would like that. It's a good location, too.

We went to Clearwater at Rancharrah. We toured the assisted living and memory care. It's very nice. The memory care facility was pretty and very impressive. The apartments were very nice. The staff was very knowledgeable and very caring. She was great. I t's a brand new facility, so it's impressive. It doesn't really need any maintenance because it's brand new. It's really nice. The memory care was above average. When we were there, they were having them tie dye. It seems like the memory care community was being very active and not a lot of people were stuck in their room. That was probably the most positive thing about it. Their dining area looked really nice. They showed us menu, and it looked good.

We had a very nice tour at Clearwater at Rancharrah. It's very beautiful, very clean, and everybody was very nice and responsive. I would highly recommend it. Suzanne was just awesome and explained everything to us. I even got to try cookies and jam there and I got to see the menus so everything there was very gorgeous. They treated me very well. They took precautionary measures for the Covid which was nice. They've been vaccinated, both vaccinations, and I thought they did a very good job. They gave me a tour of the whole thing. They said they're going to have a little brewery. That's why I said to my mom that it's a cute little place. They'll have their bar for regular seniors. We have gambling in our town and they would be in it, in a controlled and secured environment. This state has 50 percent seniors because it's a retirement state and it's a gambling town. They give you a tour of everything. They showed me my mom's wing. They showed me to the restaurant and it was gorgeous. If I decide to go visit her, we could go to that restaurant. It's beautiful, just gorgeous. They have a courtyard, an exercise room, and a crafts room. They're all nice.

Clearwater at Rancharrah is top notch. You can tell that everything was done really, really nicely. They used really wonderful building materials. It has a really nice high-end feel, like you're going into a five star hotel. The apartments were gorgeous. They made accommodations for the surfaces in the rooms and the layout. The man who built it and envisioned it is an architect. So he has these rooms laid out perfectly for people with walkers and wheelchairs. The floors are a certain texture so the chance of slipping is very minimum. It was very nice and it was beautiful because it's a brand new facility. The person who accommodated me during the tour was very nice; his name was Austin. I emailed him a couple of times, and he e-mailed me back regarding the situation with my father. The dining area was really nice. They had accommodations for the chef to cook in front of you and do cooking lessons. You can eat in different places, like at the bar there's pub food. You have a lot of different options on the kind of food that you can eat and where you can eat it. It was just really beautiful.

My mother is moving into Clearwater at Rancharrah. They do have a transition to memory care when it's needed. I went there in person, I met with the director of sales, and she was terrific. I saw a model room. It was very clean and very spacious, but they have different size rooms. It sounds like they do have exercise facilities, salons, and restaurants. It's brand new, and for my mother, I think it would be nice for her to join the place at the same time that everyone else is joining, because sometimes these places can get a little cliquey. And so with everyone moving in at the same time, I thought that would be nice for her to be in the same boat as everyone else. It was very clean, very bright, and it's in a really nice location.
