This place was a blessing to me! I was fortunate to move there being younger to help my mom and take care of my disability. They accommodate me well and others. Gained many friends. Staff helpful, resourceful. Great driver and big perk for appointments etc. Good size place and pricing. Fun people. Learned lots from many diverse people from all over military to stay home mom's etc. Awesome activities and potlucks.. feel good mom is there while I had to move on and be with kids and out of state. Helped her transition into new beutiful one bedroom. She has many friends. Friendly place. Help each other out. In good and bad times. Geunily care for neighbor I felt. One plus for me I lost 70 pound's from just there little space of some exercise equipment, esp when weather bad, and needed something indoors. Wonder memories of coffee with many fine folks in morning I miss. Blessed to be able to still even though I'm not longer a resident. I'm welcomed and they message me and call me son and always a home away from home. Look forward to Future going see Mom and see new stuff they've done. Love you all. Please consider it. Lots to do and make life easier for an affordable housing.

The price is fair and the rooms spacious. Not much in the way of rides to doctor’s visits, specially if at Village Point. Very little to do in activities. About 30% are involved, the rest stay in their rooms. Boring.

My mother in law is a resident in this horrible, horrible facility. The management is awful, the maintenance is awful, and the other residents are like a bunch of high school, mean, teenagers. My mother in laws toilet was backing up and it took maintenance days to come fix it to the point my mother in law was crying. Her ac is broken right now and they tell her it is not a "priority". She is blind and the sidewalks are uneven, they don't scoop sidewalks in the snow making it very dangerous for her to walk around. He neighbors harass her ALL the time and claim she is faking that she is blind, which is absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT move you or your family members into this place.

This is probably the worst place for someone to live in the Omaha Metro area. The managers give 0 Effs about the residents. The shuttle driver quit like a month ago and they refuse to hire someone else. It kills me that I moved my grandmother in here. I cannot wait to get her out. The smell is horrible and they let deadbeat sons move in with their elder parents. You can tell I'm erate about this place. Something needs to change about this place or the complex wont be around anymore.

If you love or care for your Relatives, do not move them here. I have never seen so many empty apartments and people moving out it droves. Food, clothing and personal items are stolen daily. There are no Security Cameras in place to protect them. Management is aware along with the company that theft is the biggest problem. They pacify you by changing the locks but it still happens. When you get past 55 years old, moving is hard on Seniors, but the only way to combat this theft cases is to move. Some have filed Police Reports while others just move quietly.

Too expensive for what you get. Have. To pay for extra storage, the van is available only certain days and hours. For appointments. It's tax credit don't know how they can charge so much.

I am not a resident, but my husband and I decided to check out this complex last Saturday.. When entering the office the women was very rude seemed like she didn't care about our needs or wants in renting. When we did see the unit it was very small and there was an odor that lingered inside of smoke and cat piss. when I mentioned it to the lady she got very offended and rude and made a very rude comment to my husband.. They offered a shuttled service that takes you to the doctors or to the grocery store and that is about all. I would never rent from these people nor would I recommend anyone to rent from them. the rudeness of the staff and the nasty odor was bad...

I looked at Tregaron, and I just really didn’t like it. The apartments are set up like a hotel. You don’t walk through the door -- you have to go through security -- but the apartments are very tiny. I wasn’t really impressed with the maintenance there either; they just seemed like they didn’t care. We asked them to do a few things because we were actually going to move in there, but this place we are in now became available before we could move there. We just picked this place over Tregaron. They don’t have access to a pool, and there are really not that many amenities there. They offer a pool table, a dining area, and a van that takes you to your doctor's appointments. The staff seemed very friendly and very professional. Their location is very good. They’re near everything pretty much; there’s shopping and a lot of restaurants nearby. The gas station is right there so everything’s really convenient.

Carefully enter as a resident of this place. It condones your money being stolen from management. It has no heart when it comes to yoiur complaints but they do keep a record(privately) of everything you say to them. I thought i was in nursery school again.
