I'm at Crown Pointe. I do several different things and there's always somebody at the desk to help if you need something. They have activities going on all the time. I'm appreciative of that. The staff is very helpful. The food is not always as good as mom cooked, but they're very substantial and if you want more, you can get more. I'm very happy with everything. They're taking care of my room very well. The halls are clean. The main room is clean, so I guess they're doing a good job everywhere. They have things that people would be interested in general, and they have specific things and they also take trips out into town to go to shopping or to go to the park and see all the nature. There's a lot of variation in it. It's a good value. I'm happy here and I'm glad I'm here. It's farther away from my friends, but I've made new friends.

The rooms are great with appliances that all work along with modified showers that help residents walk inside. The staff is excellent, work fantastic with residents and always positive. There are tons of activities for people and the leaders are very positive and are enjoying working with the residents. There is tons of sunlight in the facility with rooms with lots of windows. The big gather there when you walk in is big with a huge fireplace. There is lots of entertainment groups that come in and my dad really like those. The facility is always very clean and the people who fix things are always positive and so helpful. My dad loves it here and highly recommends to possible new residents. My only suggestion is to make the car drop off area outside wider with no curb. Currently there is a narrower drop off area as far as where the curb is not located. A great place to live!

I'm in Crown Pointe. I'm legally blind and they've been very helpful to me and supportive and whenever I need assistance, they're always available. Plus, they offer three meals a day and a variety of activities that I can participate in. They have been extremely accommodating about those things so that I can participate in activities and can attend meals, etc. The housekeeping has been excellent. They clean my room on a regular basis and have done some special things that I've asked them to do. They have exercise classes scheduled every day of the week. They also have different things that you can participate in, such as Jeopardy, trivia, Creative Club, bingo, and outings. They take you out and they do activities in that way. Value for money is excellent. I'm getting what I'm paying for. I'm very satisfied here.

Crown Pointe made it very easy to get information, to make the move, to get settled in and provided me with all the information I asked for. The staff has been very helpful. They all seem happy to be here, which is good. The food tastes good and has a wide variety and we have choices. A couple of things that I needed to check on, they were here within the day usually, and the housekeeping is on a schedule. I know what time pretty much when they're coming and it makes it easy to make arrangements around that. There's a wide variety of activities to choose from and there are several every day. I came from a regular apartment. The monthly rent is higher at Crown Pointe, but at the other place, I had to do all my own cooking, shopping, and cleaning, which is a big thing when you get old. I think it's a good value for the money. In the past five years, I've known people who have lived here and were very happy. When I stopped by, everything seemed to be very pleasant and they seemed to enjoy being here, so that was a good indication.

I like Crown Pointe very much. We like the people here, but the food that we're served here is not the best. The cook needs a lot of improvement. There's always high turnover with the servers. The manager is pretty good. I think he tries his best to accommodate what the residents want. Some of their servers are really good, and others need a lot of improvement. Housekeeping gets a five. It's very nice here and it has white walls. They have a big atrium downstairs. The rooms and closets are much larger than the newer facilities that they're building. They have a lot of activities if you want to join in them. I think they raised the price too high, considering they've added a lot of new rooms, which has brought in a lot of new revenue for their facility. The food has gone downhill since they added all these new members. They give you tiny portions of food now to compensate for the other people that are living here now. The food service is not any better. It's actually worse than what we had before.

I think the staff does a very good job, sometimes not a lot of communication between the weekday staffing and the weekend staff. I also think it would be helpful to know who is on duty during the day, perhaps by using a whiteboard or something.

Facility is clean. Rooms are nice however would be great to have an a/c unit in my mom's bedroom similar to what her roommate has. Gets super hot in her bedroom! Most of the staff are awesome. Not an easy job for sure so grateful for all of them! Jennifer is the director of the memory care unit where my mother is, and she is awesome! Communication is great and she's always available to listen to any concerns and try to rectify them. The food is decent as well. Many nice and caring employees! Would love to see the staff wear larger name tags so I could learn all of their names, or even better, write the names of the current shift's staff members on a large dry erase board like they do in hospitals. Then it can be erased and updated with each shift change.

I'm a current resident of Crown Pointe. The staff is really amazing. There's a lot of activities. They're very welcoming. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a retirement senior living. The majority of the staff I would give a five. For the most part, they work hard and my wife and I really appreciate what they do. They're there for us. We really appreciate them as far as the work that they do for the residents. The food is OK. The beauty of being in a senior community is you don't have to cook. They prepare all those meals. They have maybe two or three maintenance crew and they do a lot. When you call, they're there. They work really hard. The building itself is really light and kept clean. There's bingo, cribbage, and card games. The activities are well planned. They do our linens every week. You get what you pay for. We get the services they provide and for that, we're 100% happy.

My spouse has moved into Crown Pointe. The grounds are very attractive. It's rather spread out, which is good. The building is good, and it's pretty spacious. Regarding the staff, at the moment, there are still some things that need to be worked out, but they have been okay. Unfortunately at the moment, there seems to be COVID, so a lot of the activities have been canceled. That has only been within the past 2 to 3 days, but they have a lot of things going on prior to that. They have bingo and church activities, which is very important for some folks. They have Wordle, and they have exercises where people go down to the main lobby. It is an extensive workout, but it allows them to move, which I think is very nice. They have a cafeteria, which is a nice place to go. My spouse seems to enjoy their food, too.

We toured Crown Pointe for my dad. The staff are extremely friendly. The place is clean and organized. And even looking at the residents there, they looked happy. The rooms look great. I would say that the rooms are spacious, clean, and efficient. I like them a lot. The staff were able to answer all of my questions. They gave me a lot of information and they showed me all over the place. They're very helpful.

The rooms are spacious and kept in good condition. DIRECTV is an interesting choice for a senior community. Many seem to struggle with navigating it. I've never tried the food. The time I tried to dine with my family member the chef called out... Parking is an issue here. I wish the night front desk staff was more engaged at times, they are frequently on their phones when I have visited.

Crown Pointe had very pleasant people. It was a little dark. I hate to use those words because I know a lot of people don't like bright light, but they have more natural light, so they call it. So, it's not a complaint. It's just a process in my head. That was in the main lobby. The facility was very beautiful. The rooms are very elegant, but they're small and my mom might not like that because she's got a lot of stuff. They have nice, clean facilities. It's lovely. There are community gatherings. The hallways are all nice and clean and nothing is out of place. People are just friendly. There's pretty much a lot going on. The person who gave the tour was just a wonderful lady. She was very, very professional, very kind, and very nice-spoken. She spoke to you, not down to you. She was very knowledgeable and very concerned about people's needs and what was going on. She was sweet.

We toured Crown Pointe. I think they had a very educated staff, and they did a lot in explaining everything to us. We did have a meal there and the food was great. They serve off a menu and my mother-in-law liked that. We really liked that community. The only downside was that there really wasn't any access to the outside of the apartment. There are a couple of nice big windows, but they were already taken. We really wanted outside access like some form of a little patio or balcony. The facility was clean and neat. The outside looked great. They kept up everything. They had nice garages and the inside was well-kept. Everything was well kept.

My friend's apartment at Crown Pointe is very roomy. They have a dining room and several community-type rooms where you can do things with your family or friends. The entryway where the desk is is all very open and airy, and the colors are happy. They're not dark. It's very welcoming and comfortable. I've not had a lot of interaction with the staff, but I know the ones I spoke with were very nice and helpful in getting stuff in. My friend is very happy there and she's comfortable there. She told me the food was very good.

Crown Pointe was one of our favorite locations. It was a topnotch facility. My parents felt comfortable there. They really liked it. It's just a little further out of our circle of territory, and they did not have anything available right away, but that was their first choice. Everything was beautiful. Brooke was really, really helpful, and very knowledgeable. She gave us a great tour. We got to see several apartments. In the couple weeks following our tour, we were trying to see if there were any apartments becoming available, and so I spoke with her several times.

It was clean and Brooke was very helpful. She was very nice and she was trying to explain all of the different care packages that they had.

My loved one was supposed to be in memory care at Crown Pointe. That's what they promised us, but at the time of her moving, the availability was pushed back and they put her in a studio assisted living. Months later, they decided that she was doing just fine to where she didn't need the memory care at the time. So, that's where they kept her but we kept pushing for memory care, and they kept pushing us off knowing that she was declining in her health and needed more skilled care as far as for her safety and her nursing needs. We even had to hire an outside nursing company to come in and give her nursing care because their nursing ability was not adequate and she was not getting the care that she needed. They did not provide what was paid for, and they did not provide the services that my loved one needed. As far as her apartment, we had problems with the air conditioner in the high humidity heat, and it took over two months to get it fixed. We had to have extra checks of nursing to watch her because of her breathing from the high humidity. Me and my other family member were there at least every day and we shouldn't have had to be there because we were paying for services for her to be taken care of, but we were there almost 95% of the whole year, every day, to look in and take care of her. The food was no problem. That was fine. We provided the foods that she would need and some of the foods, and then I would fill out tickets to make sure that she would get the correct food. They traded management at least 2 to 3 times within a year and they still need someone that knows what's going on. They don't have it all together. They just put people in. They don't care about the relationships between the residents and the staff that were there. They just make their own rules as far as the staff. They were always having some activities, but because of my loved one's health, they did not engage with her like they were supposed to.

I toured Crownpoint and was very impressed by the staff and facility. It was clear in my short visit that staff was very engaged with the residents in positive ways and that the residents were enjoying each other. The layout of central living gathering space is great and the way it has corridors wrapping it above and around allow for lots of opportunities for residents to engage with each other. They had a nurse and a impressive physical therapist onsite with additional trained medical staff. It would be great if they could improve on outdoor space. Overall I found this place to be caring and thoughtful about how they support the residents.

I toured Crown Pointe and I liked it. The staff seemed pretty friendly, and the place didn't seem crowded so people wouldn't get lost in the shuffle. I think they were in the process of changing a person in their memory care, it seemed like it lacked a little bit of activity that I would want. When I got there, we ended up going more to the memory care. I'm not sure where my husband will fit in. He might not need to be in that yet, but he does have dementia. It seemed pretty safe. One of the residents was wandering around, but I don't think she could go too far. The rooms were okay. The staff only showed me a sample of an assisted living room and it was nice. The place was a little bit older, but it seemed nice.

Crown Pointe was a very, very nice facility. They had a room available with a fantastic view. They are my first choice right now. The staff were very, very attentive to the needs and very thorough. The facilities and amenities were like you're in a resort. It is beautiful. It looks like a hunting lodge or something set up like that. It's three stories high with a huge fireplace and big TV. It's quite nice. I was surprised and it's centrally located. The room I saw was good. It's probably one of the roomiest for the price that I saw. It had a brand new carpet and was freshly painted. It's very nice. They've got a huge library, too. What I didn't like about it was when I first walked in, it smelled like a hospital, but you got used to that quickly.

There were a couple of things I didn't like about Crown Pointe. It's way too big and it looked the same on every floor. For someone who had dementia, you would just be lost there. While we were there, some of the employees were coming up and complaining about other employees in front of us. They didn't even care that we were sitting there. The rooms actually looked nice. They provide three meals a day and snacks. Then they had a dining room and a barbershop.

I went to tour Crown Pointe. The individual rooms were large and in nice condition. But the shared spaces were dark and small. The person who gave me the tour was helpful, bright, and cheerful. Overall, to improve, they could update their facilities and bring in more light.

We were able to tour Crown Pointe Omaha, NE. It was bright and nice, I didn't have a problem with it, the grounds were very clean and I didn't see anything questionable about the cleanliness. The staff seemed nice to the residents. The person who assisted us during the tour was very knowledgeable about everything and she answered all of our questions. They had them do an exercise in a big room, it wasn't dedicated to exercise equipment, it was just where they were meeting to do exercise. The staff interacted with all of the residents that we saw, and they were talking to them.

We toured Crown Pointe for my parents-in-law. I liked that they had assisted care, and memory care for my mother-in-law, and then the option for my father-in-law to move in there with her. The staff was very knowledgeable about all areas. They have different levels. But they would put the residents that are not capable of going too far on the main level, so it looks like it would work out well. They have laundry services.

I stayed at Crown Pointe only for a short time. The staff was friendly. There were some things I didn't like, but it was decent for the time I stayed there. I didn't like the management, like when I would need to talk to them, they were never around. It took a hard time to get a hold of them or talk to the nurse there, but the staff that I had was excellent. They took good care of me and made sure I got my pills on time. If I needed anything, they were there. It was quite pricy for what I expected, but it was all right. The food was good. The facility was nice. They had exercise classes. I couldn't do too much though. For quite a while, I wasn't able to walk around but then I did get a scooter and I was able to come down and go to meals. They had bingo, movie night, and an exercise program. The actual nurses that I had were fabulous. The staff members in the reception area were decent. They were just a little more expensive than I wanted to pay. Management can get better and be friendlier and try to be there when somebody needs them.

We have secured one of Crown Pointe's apartments. We decided to go with a studio apartment for my mom. It was a very nice, clean environment. It's nicely decorated. Everything was in good repair. I toured Crown Pointe. Like the other facility, they had exercise. Everything looked clean. They're pretty comparable. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice. The rooms were nice. They were nice sized. I liked it a little bit better as far as the layout was concerned than I did the other place. It's easy to get around. They have a library and a pool table. I think they had kitchenettes and the other place had full kitchens or at least everything. For activities, they have TV watching, they have entertainments that come in now and then, and they have games to play. They all have pretty much the same stuff.

We went to Crown Pointe. They had a kitchenette and that was very nice. I think there was a microwave. We're in the model apartment where they have the office. I thought that was very nice. It had a decent-sized bedroom and bath and it had a very nice little living area. And there was even a place where we sat down at a table. It seemed to me there were six chairs at that table, so it was a good-sized table for an eating area. So if you put a little bistro table there with two chairs, there would be a lot more space. But of course, in the living area, they had their desks. And they told me they had two-bedroom units also, so it would be a second bedroom on the other side. But that was like a one bedroom that they showed us and they had the main lobby, had a dining facility that they fed you at three times a day and served the food to you restaurant style as you order off the menu, then they bring the food to your table, restaurant style. A little bit expensive, but not too bad. The staff was nice. He was very into serving the community and he did a lot of community events because he was involved with the Boy Scouts. So he was very much into the community and things that they're doing, and not just to promote his facility like they did a feeding program. So he was talking a little bit about that. And one of the nice things about Crown Pointe was that they honored their veterans with a veteran's wall and then they had, I don't know what they call them like in college you have an R.A. resident assistant who is on the floor. Somebody like that for each of their areas. He's like a liaison to the main people. I was impressed with it. I liked it.

The gentleman that I spent time with and the one who showed me around was very knowledgeable. He was very caring and very nice. It was nice that they had a room for physical therapy and occupational therapy. So, you don't have to leave and go somewhere else to get those services. They had a chapel (which was important) and games. They were playing bingo when I was there. There was a library and there were places for people to do puzzles. It's not a fancy-schmancy place, but it was very clean and it didn't smell at all.

Crown Pointe was very clean. It was a very positive experience for me and my father. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. We were there in the morning, so there were no activities running at the time. There were many activities described, such as live music, jazz band, and game night. The rooms were really clean, very well decorated, and lovely. I would have liked to have seen some activities and maybe seen some people interacting.

Crown Pointe is a good place. It's a very highly recommended place. There is nothing wrong with that place. I saw all three levels of care. The third floor was independent living, the second floor was assisted living, and the first floor was memory care. It's clean. They have very nice management there. They have a staff for everything that you would want. The staff is outstanding, the menu is good, and the reception is nice. The girls are great. The management is outstanding. You could tell he has a lot of experience. It's an outstanding place. It's just that my office that I work in every day is in Bennington, Nebraska, and they're down there on South Omaha, so it'd be quite a way for me to travel, and that's the only thing we have to get there. They have a salon, and they have some exercise there for balancing. They were giving a class on balancing, and the nurses were there.

I did a tour of Crown Pointe of Omaha. It was very fine, and very nice. The staff was very nice, the facility had everything. It was too far from where I wanted to be, but it was a good neighborhood. The staff was very helpful. The apartments were small, but very nice and clean. The staff was great.

What I like about Crown Pointe of Omaha is the family environment and community environment. The facility is older, but it looks fine. The staff who gave me the tour was very friendly. It's a big facility. They have just about everything you can imagine. They have movies, live music, church services, a nice dining room, a library, a salon, and a workout room. The atmosphere felt homey.

My mom is a resident of Crown Pointe. When they first moved in, I would have rate it at a 5. I liked the facility. It was open, and the area had a big atrium for residents to try to come together and talk. They had lots of different activities that they planned, but they were not (as far as I could see) activities that were actually geared to the residents' personal interests. For example, I've seen a couple of ladies that are knitters. They just knit like crazy. Those were just two ladies, and it's a fairly large community. When they first moved in, the food was fine. When Covid hit, everything was brought in. Then the quality went from five down to a three. My parents have a two bedroom, and it had a great room. It had a room for a small table and chairs where they could eat, a small kitchen, and plenty of cupboard space for them. With the dining room, they didn't need to go to the store every week and restock. There was a refrigerator and a small microwave for them. The bedrooms were a nice size because mom had a queen-sized bed in her bedroom, full of chest drawers, and a chest that has a mirror on top of it. I don't know what you would call that piece of furniture. My dad's room was the same size, but he had a double bed. They both had headboards and foot boards on their bed. It was great at the beginning. The lady that had run it for years retired, so they got a new staff. I think they're still learning how to run the place.

Crown Pointe seems to be well maintained. It is very nice, appealing, and clean. The room that I saw was very clean, and there were no problems that I could identify. They are not large, but they would be adequate for somebody like myself. The dining area was very clean, orderly, and spacious, and the person that gave me the tour was very knowledgeable and helpful. I saw people playing bingo. I wasn't as interested in the activities for myself, so I didn't pay a lot of attention to social kinds of activities, but they seem to have activities and gatherings to keep people busy. The people that live there seemed to be happy. The person giving me the tour seemed familiar with them, and she acknowledged them by name, so they seemed to be very comfortable there.

My parents moved into Crown Pointe. They were very accommodating, friendly staff, and the room was perfect. They liked it there. They furnished it themselves, he's in assisted living, and she's still independent. It was quiet, there's not a lot of people there, and it was fine. For the most part it seems like they like the food, sometimes they don't, but I tasted it, and it was good. The dining area was larger than we expected, it was set up for COVID separation, and it was airy and bright. During COVID there aren't very many activities, 'cause they can't get together in groups, so we don't really know that yet. They're just trying to re-open some of those. I guess they have bingo, they do some exercise classes when there's no COVID. They have laundry service, they have laundry rooms, and they have a van.

My mom is currently at Crown Pointe, and we're very happy about the choice we made. The person that assisted me was very good, and my mother is fitting in well and doing better than she was at the place she was at. Her mood seems to be improved, she seems to be doing great, and she's very happy looking at the appearance of her smiles in her pictures. They have an activity director that is on top of things. The thing I'm most pleased with is the activities. Mary Kay is the activities director, and she's knocking it out the park. I got some pictures of her sitting at the piano with costume on or decorating like arts and crafts, and watching movies. It's a variety of things, and I'm very happy with Mary Kay.

Crown Pointe was a nice facility, but the residents were more senior than me and I felt out of place. The tour person was very helpful, but it was her first time doing it because the regular person does not work on the weekend. We got to see a lot of areas, but not the garage area and she didn't know if there were storage facilities. She showed us one living area, different guest rooms and dining facilities. It was everything I might want, I just wasn't comfortable with all the residents around me because they all seemed a lot older than I am.

Crown Pointe was nice and elegant. They have several levels, and thats one of our concerns. Other than that, it's very nice. They have a nice open area in the middle, they have a nice fireplace where there's a dining area, and they have a lot of windows and lighting. It doesn't look dingy. They have a hot tub. The rooms seemed like they were a fairly good size, they have a laundry facility, and they will do the laundry for you.

We chose Crown Pointe for my mother. It's a one-bedroom. We chose it because of the layout, the relative proximity to where we live, they seem to have probably the most vibrant community we visited in as far as activities. There seemed to be a lot more going on. They have three meals a day and a fixed menu, but the ability to order whatever you might want. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. It's a nice building, and they're continuing to update it.

Crown Pointe seemed nice, but I had to wait a long time to be able to talk to anybody. It felt more like a hospital. The restaurant and menu looked good. The rooms seemed a little dated and dark, and there was one little window. The staff was friendly.

Very nice apartments, dining room, library. Staff know their residents and are clearly committed to them and respect that these apartments are homes. The Executive Director told us the residents decide what they want in the community, e.g., how to handle dining--open seating or assigned, etc.

We really liked Crown Pointe, and everything was wonderful. It was really nice, and it's close for us to go. The two girls who helped us were really nice, and everybody was so friendly. The people were just nice to everybody. It's where we'll end up going when the time comes. They were excellent in every area, and they couldn't do better. The place was nice, they were really laidback, and there was no stuffiness.

Crown Pointe was dated and had a little smell to it, but the amenities were nice. They seemed to keep the residents active. I know they took a trip to the zoo and had exercise, card games, bingo, bean bag toss, and board games. The staff was very friendly.

Crowne Pointe was a very nice place. They invited us for lunch. My wife and I enjoyed their food. We toured a couple of the facilities that were available and found them to be very nice. What stood out for me was that my wife would not have to take care of the house anymore because everything was in one building.

Crown Pointe has memory care, which is what I'll need later on. The staff is great. They serve good food and provide good service. I don't have any complaints about anything. We are satisfied with our room. We are in our room most of the time except when we eat. They have a library and an entertainment room and a small outside place, which I don't know if you can call a courtyard. I am satisfied with this place.

Crown Pointe is a very nice facility. The people at the front desk and the nursing staff were all nice. The people in the dining area were all very pleasant. The food that they served was very tasty and the portions were just right for older people. They invite speakers to present to the residents and also have musical activities and bingo games.

We went over to Crown Pointe, we really liked it, and we thought our mother would love the place because it is nice, it is open, and she is in a room where she has a beautiful view. I said, "Well, I think she is going to feel at home here," and she really has. My sister was over there the other day, and she seems very happy with everything. She said the people are very friendly. As far as the facilities are concerned, it seems clean, just judging by what it looks like and everything. I haven't had the chance to eat dinner with her yet, but I'm sure that will come shortly. We kind of looked around, and most of them were very nice, but this seems a little homier. It is an older building. It is not brand new, but it is very nicely decorated.

My mother is at Crown Pointe and has just moved to a higher level of care there. I love the staff and the nurse when she lived in the independent side. There was a nurse that I really liked, and that nurse is now a full-time employee on the assisted side. I've been really happy with the fact that since she has moved to assisted living, they've been really good about getting her out of the room, getting her to eat in the dining room and socialize with other people, and she even watched a dance performance one day. I'm very happy with the care that she's getting there. It's very warm and homey, but it is clean and comfortable as well.

I choose Crown Pointe because it is the best. I think the staff is really good. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The food is good, and the dining room is fine. My mom says there are activities if you are able to do them. They have bingo and exercise classes. They have a five-day routine, but my mother is not able to participate on all those things right now.
