My dad is in the memory care of Estates of Hidden Lake. I like its location, and the staff is pretty good there. They seem to actually care, from the workers and then the management team, they seem to show an interest and concern for my loved one to make sure that he's comfortable. His room is very accommodating, it's roomy, and spacious. The dining area for the memory care seems to be enough. My dad is on a special diet. The food is hit-and-miss there, but he's getting the three meals a day that he needs. Right now, I feel like it's a great environment and it feels positive. They've done a little baking activity with the residents, and they've also done a little dancing there. My dad was their first resident that needs a little more additional care. They've gone above and beyond in trying to make sure he's getting his medicine, and trying to make sure everyone is safe from COVID. They really care for their residents, and that means a lot. It's exceptional service, and they keep me informed about a lot of things that go on, and I'm free to go in at any time.

I tried the food at the Estates of Hidden Lake. I had chicken breast and salad, and it tasted pretty good. The rooms were nice. They had a TV in the room and tried to keep it clean most of the time. They have a heating system that controls each room for each person. The security is pretty good. You have to check in before you go through another door and you have to have a passcode to get through that door. Changeover is regular, but the staff was pretty good.

I toured the Estates of Hidden Lake. It wasn't as clean as I thought it should have been. Maybe it was just the time that I went. It was around lunchtime, and it was just a lot of clutter. The staff was friendly and helpful. They could just be more attentive to their tenants.

We went to see the Estates of Hidden Lake. The lady that took me on the tour was pleasant, but we weren't able to see any room because there was none available. As far as pricing, I didn't get any specific answer. The residents seemed to be pleasant and content. I saw the eating areas, the physical therapy room, a courtyard, and some vending machines.

I was very impressed with the Estates of Hidden Lake. It looked very clean and very nice, and I would recommend it. They have single and double rooms and the residents seemed to be happy there. The staff was very friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable. They were having a big event for the neighborhood at the time we were there.

My husband is in memory care at The Estates of Hidden Lake, and I'm very satisfied with it. They have activities for them, and the care by the aides that assist him is very good. It's just a pleasant place for him, and I feel he's very comfortable there. I'm also comfortable having him there. The staff is very personable, and very professional, and they relate to the residents there very well. It's a small town, it's not large, and they don't have a large group of residents. Therefore, they can really spend a lot of time with each resident in the house. The facility is very clean. They do crafts, they have games or group games, and the residents can attend church services there. Around the holidays, they do activities to make things attuned to the holiday, so it's a very pleasant place.

Estates of Hidden Lake seems very friendly. There were a decent amount of amenities that I think would be beneficial for seniors. There are places that will do your hair. They have access to different church communities. I liked the communal spaces that they had. The nursing staff all seemed very friendly and competent. The only negative thing was the place looked a little bit aged. They kept talking about doing some construction, but a lot of the stuff just looked a little rundown. Othe than that, it was a very positive experience overall.

The Estates of Hidden Lake is very nice, it's quiet and everything is in good order. My mom is in their independent living. The staff is extremely friendly. The apartments are very spacious, clean, and up-to-date. She's played bingo and I know they have it a couple of times a week. The place is kept up pretty nicely. The price is very reasonable.

I visited the Estates of Hidden Lake. It was a very nice tour. The staff were very nice, he was very pleasant. Everybody was very polite; I have no complaint. I had lunch there, and it was good. They had pork steak, potato salad, and corn; I didn't eat the soup. They were good, you could chew the pork steak, which was unusual. They had patios; I don't know about the garden. We were inside mostly, but the landscaping was very nice. There was a patio, and there was a yard in the independent living and stuff. I don't know what kind of activities they had; nobody was doing anything. It was after lunch. Everybody was sleeping, but they said they do all kinds of activities. They have parties, all kinds of stuff; but there was no one doing activities when I was there.

My relatives will be moving to the Estates of Hidden Lake. The staff was very friendly, and the person who gave us the tour answered all the questions that we had for her, as well as those we didn't have for her. So the tour was outstanding, and we're satisfied with the tour and the facility. We were told about the different activities that they have, and they were just getting started back with having their outings. They're just opening back up. They have a chapel, a library, and a salon for the clients to use (a stylist comes in). We're glad that everything is included in the price, like the laundry, housekeeping, and everything else. That was the biggest part for us.
