My friend was at Veronica Place. Everything is on one level. It's affordable. However, I don't like the long corridors in the units. And if you happen to have some emergency, you have no walking railings on those walls to hold on to. I would say the staff was efficient because the staff person was in training. The building was extremely clean. The parking was very accessible, but there was no curb appeal. It was clean. The building was well cared for. The decoration was very nice in the waiting area.

We toured Veronica Place. There's a lot that I like about the community. It's close to grocery stores and shopping. It's just in a convenient location. It's very clean. They have a gym. They have a laundry room. They have a rec room where you can go and play pickleball and things of that nature. The staff was excellent.

I will be moving into Veronica Place. It's a safe environment and everything that you need is right there. It's convenient for my job as well; it's right down the street. Miss Tiffany showed me around the facilities, where our laundry is, our 24-hour gym, workout center, and stuff like that. It's nice. I can't wait. The apartments are awesome. I'm getting a one-bedroom, and the price is right. It's only $885 a month, and that includes internet and cable. There's a police station right next to Veronica's Place as well. You can't get in that building unless you push a button. I love the security. They don't do meals. You cook yourself. It's all independent living.

I toured Veronica Place. It was affordable. It was nice and clean. The presentation was excellent. Even when you walk in the door, it is a nice place. They showed me the rooms and they were clean and in the process of being updated. The appliances were included. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and considerate.

I went to see Veronica Place. They're in the process of redoing the apartments, some apartments have been upgraded, and they're in really good repair. The kitchen and the living room were nice. The bathroom and bedroom were good. I wanted one that did not have carpeting, the upgraded ones had carpeting, so I opted not to have the upgrade. The staff was excellent. She was great. She answered all my questions. She was informative. I was sad that I couldn't move there because I wanted to move to Florissant, and that was one of the only places I could find, but it was just way out of my price range. They had a pickleball area and a place to play basketball, but they didn't offer any other activities. They don't even have a vehicle to take you anywhere because it is completely independent. You live in your apartment by yourself. The building was decorated nicely. It was nice and clean. It didn't have any smells, and because it had been a nursing home, the hallways were nice and wide.

Veronica Place was nice. We loved the pickleball court. Everything was nice. The gym was nice. It was fresh. It was clean. It was pleasant. The people were friendly. It was just beyond my cousin's means, unfortunately. The agent was there on time to meet me. The amenities were appropriate for the age bracket. The room sizes were appropriate. They were not too small. They were not too big. It was just right.

Veronica Place was a very pleasant place. I only met the one lady who was giving information about everything, and she was very nice and very knowledgeable. It was a very nice place because it was new. It was all on one level, so it was very convenient. The entry had a key code that you had to put in to enter the place, so I felt like it was pretty safe that way. And then they had an intercom to try to connect with the residents or the office.

I went to Veronica Place yesterday. It went great, I was very impressed. It's on my short list. I was impressed with the management. It's just one person, but she's managing two different sites, two different properties and she updated me very thoroughly about how renovation is going there. She updated me on how the community was progressing. We toured the facilities. So I was also impressed with the amount of handicapped-accessible elements. They have grab bars in the showers, they have ramps leading up to the office, and I was very impressed. Plenty of parking spaces, more than adequate, I would say. She also updated me on future renovations there. They're working on a two-bedroom apartment right now. It was very, very clean. There's a police station right next door, so it's safe. I asked her about the rash of recent break-ins and vandalism of cars. She assured me that since last December, she has received no notifications of any kind of break-ins or vandalism. The police are not on a regular patrol, but they do come by periodically to see. And since they're right next door, they're very accessible. She's very professional, and very neatly organized. And she asked me to be thorough in my questioning. She answered every question thoroughly that I asked. I was very impressed. They are all on one level, so there are no stairs to go up into the apartment. And in addition to the grab bars, they have step-in showers, a step-in with the bathtub, so that was great. I use a walker, so that was very important to me. They have a full kitchen. They have an exercise room, a pickleball court, and a pool table. Those are the three main amenities or activities that they have. There's a lot of construction right now, not on the place, but on the street, and it's a busy street.

I liked the space at Veronica Place. The rooms were spacious. I am very much into exercise, and they have a room, almost like a gymnasium, where you can play different types of games and socialize. They had a pool game area in there, too. The woman I talked to seemed like new on the job. She advised me about some things that I thought were kind of ridiculous, but if you can afford that place, it would probably be about perfect. They had very wide hallways that I imagine somebody with a wheelchair would be helpful for them.

I went to Veronica Place. I liked the location. It seemed to be very quiet and clean. The person who waited on me was very nice and courteous, and she made sure that I had all the information that I needed. She answered all of my questions. I'm on their waiting list. Everything was nice. The bedroom was a little smaller than I expected, but it's workable. It's just a senior independent living. There's no food or anything. It's just an apartment.

My parents will be moving into Veronica Place. The rent was affordable, and the facility was nice, clean, and quiet. The manager of the facility was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was not anything extravagant, it was just a basic apartment. It did not have a lot of storage space like closet storage, but it had more kitchen storage space. They did not provide meals there. They had a workout facility, a laundry facility, and a recreational room where they could play shuffleboard and pickleball.

I like Veronica Place. I like the location. It's right by the bus stop and it's conveniently by a lot of shopping malls and major stores and stuff like that. The apartment itself was nice. Everything is practically new, a brand-new stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The lady during the tour was Tiffany, and she was nice. She took me through the application and everything and she explained the application to me and stuff like that. They don't serve food. It's pet-friendly. They allow you to bring your dog and your cat. It's nice, quiet, and secure. You just can't walk in. You have to have a key card and stuff like that to get in.

Veronica Place was a very clean place and the people I met were nice. The young lady that worked in the office was helpful. She answered all the questions that we asked and she was really friendly. I wouldn't mind living there. The rooms were just too small for me with the furniture that I have, but overall it was a wonderful place. The layout of it was pretty good, but there wasn't any room. It was a one bedroom where you can put a table (I have a dining room table with six chairs) and the kitchen was kind of small and the bedroom wasn't that big. The layout itself would have been nice if the rooms would have been bigger. They had the stove, refrigerator, and the dishwasher in the apartment (I'm looking for something with the washer and dryer unit inside the apartment). I also met one resident and he was really friendly and talkative.

Veronica Place was very clean. I loved it. The lady that toured me was very nice. They had two bathrooms and that was nice, too. You got one in the bedroom and you got one outside the bedroom. They had a tennis room, a pool room, and a couple of lounge rooms on the premises. So, it was nice.

Veronica Place was nice. I liked it, but it didn't have security for seniors. They offer no night person. The police station is behind. It's close, but still, you have to get to 911 to connect with the right group to get the police over there. It's not like you can call someone directly. It's a nice place, but there was only one person there, Tiffany. She's not there during the night. Her job is just to get you in and get you going. She has two locations she has to take care of. I've called before and I had to wait for her to get over from the other location. The rooms were small, but they were nice. Tiffany said there were some activities. They got pickleball and they got a small gym. They need to have 24-hour security and they didn't have it. They have no food. All you get is a little room and some activities and laundry.

My mom is moving into Veronica Place. The place was updated, brand new, beautiful, and comfortable. The manager on duty was kind and professional. She gave us a tour of the facility and made us aware of all the amenities. She was very attentive. She responded quickly if we called and asked a question. They just renovated it all for independent living. They've got a room that has a Pickleball court in it, pool tables, and an exercise room. They have a courtyard that you can go sit out in. It was just lovely facilities. I wish the apartments were a little bigger, but they were lovely.

We toured Veronica Place. It was nice. We just didn't qualify. The staff showed me a room. It was nice and clean. The staff who took us around was nice. The place itself was good.

I toured Veronica Place. It was very, very nice. The apartment that the staff showed me was a little bit small. But other than that, it's a nice place. If I could afford it, I would have jumped on it. They have an activity room, a laundry room, and some kind of gym. The layout of the apartment was nice. You can either go in the bathroom from the bedroom or the visitor's side. If you had a visitor, they wouldn't have to go to your bedroom. I like that. It also has a stove and refrigerator. They have different layouts of apartments, but they only showed me one. The staff was very professional and nice.

We're moving to Veronica Place next weekend. We chose this place because it is convenient for us. All the apartments are one level. They have no steps. It's so nice and new. It used to be a nursing home and they rehabbed it and changed it to Veronica's Place. The apartment has a full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a living room, a bedroom, and walk-in tubs with handicapped rails. They have one and two bedrooms, but the two bedrooms are not ready yet because they are still working on the place. Right now, they only have four residents in there, but it's nice and the manager has been nice and understanding, too. The building is secure. Nobody can just walk up into it. You have a security code. When you walk in, you smell the newness of the building. The area that is located in is nice. The building is handicapped-accessible so they have ramps that you can go up on.
