The Staff at Grand Manor have been commendable. They quickly respond when I'm contacting my brother. They notify me always when an event happens, or his medication changes. They have kept that place safe for residents while Covid claimed some staff members.

My Uncle was in this this facility and is NOW on his Death Bed YET they are ONLY concerned with getting the money from the patients. My uncle contracted COVID-19 twice, has an infection in his heart, blood stream, and other areas. He lost 30lbs while in this facility YET kept telling our family he was eating and doing well...ONLY to find out he is significantly dehydrated, malnourished and close to death!!! This place is NOT where you want to entrust your loved ones...unless you are ready to RUSH them to their GRAVE!!! They care ONLY about the MONEY they can get into their pockets! Shameful and they should be inspected and investigated as well.

My relative was in Grand Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation. It was similar to the place he's in now. They need to upgrade the rooms. Everything was outdated, the food was terrible, and the staff was terrible. He wasn't there long.

I have lived in the STL area for many years and am associated with several homes and facilities for the elderly. Grand Manor Nursing and Rehab helped my elderly mother recover slowly after a car accident. She broke both legs and had multiple other medical troubles. She quickly felt at home at Grand Manor and her recovery process, although slow, was a positive one. She loved the nurses and continually bragged on the attention she received. The few times I visited Grand Manor Nursing and Rehab appeared organized, clean, and the residents seemed happy.
