My sister is at Bent- Wood Nursing Center. She has been there for 20 days now. It's worked pretty well for her. She's more mobile on her own. She's able to feed herself, take herself to the bathroom with a walker, and all of that. It's pretty good. The staff members were great. She has a private room. It's great. It's good to have your own room especially with COVID. They have windows that you can visit and only one person you visit at a time. I like it because it keeps so many people from being in the facility at one time. There is a courtyard with a man-made waterfall in the center. She hasn't complained about the food, so it's fine. It's pretty good. I like the way they're set up.

My grandmother was sent to this facility for rehab 1/19/2022. She was COVID positive so she was isolated. She has multiple health issues including dementia and diabetes. Multiple attempts were made to get information as to her current status. Calls to the nurses station were never answered. We would leave messages and no one would call back. They ended up transferring her back to the hospital due to increased confusion and agitation today. We called every couple of hours and were told at 5 pm she was still at their facility. Then at 6 pm when we called back yet again we were informed she was transferred 3 hours ago. It took 2 transfers to other people to find out WHERE she was. When we contact the hospital she is now at (a fabulous facility btw), they inform us that they were told she was NOT diabetic though her blood sugar was 480 on admittance. Absolutely terrible facility and I wish I could give it less than 1 star.

My uncle is there.. he tells me it’s been over a week since he was last showered and they constantly give him food that causes him to vomit.., I’m only meeting him in the dinning room cause I’m not COVID vaccinated… the front interior seems ok..I call often and speaking with the nurses and Angie from the business office.. however the DON hasn’t returned any of my calls.

My dad is in Bentwood Nursing & Rehab, it's been pretty good. It's more of a lockdown situation right now, so we're not actually able to go in, but from what I could see it looks pretty good. They're taking care of him pretty well. Right now they're giving him PT and OT, but I believe they're a full-service nursing home, so he has a PICC line so they can take care of the situation as well. They transport him to his doctors' appointments too. The staff seems very nice, very attentive too. I really like the location, it looks very nice and inviting from the outside. The surroundings are also very nice and very easy to get to.

Great local facility where we decided we would send our loved one for their short-term rehab. The staff was excellent! Very helpful. The rooms are made to be simulate a home like environment and the food according to the residents is excellent. The rehab team who is known for their excellent rehab is fully staffed and works very well with the patients.

I went to Bent-wood to visit a friend. It was clean and the room was nice. The staff were friendly and they treated her nicely.
