Cloverset Valley was our first choice. We really liked it the best, but they were just a little beyond our price point. It was very well kept, very well maintained, and very secure. I liked the security features for the patrons who get in and out of the building. The staff was very nice. We really liked everything about that place, it was just a little too much money for us. I don't believe they have any kind of medical assistance. It is just simply a 55+ community where they have an exercise room and activities for the tenants like bingo and things of that nature, but nothing in the way of healthcare or meals provided. The two people I encountered went above and beyond as far as helping us and giving us ideas about things to watch for and look for as we were shopping around. That would've been our first choice if they'd been about $400 a month less. They have models you can go and look at with an appointment.
