We were living at Creve Coeur Assisted Living. It was a good one, and I was happy with it. The people were nice. We had one-bedroom when my husband was there. It was always clean. When my husband passed away, I stayed there for five more months and then I went into a studio. The price was high though. They had many activities; I cannot complain about that. They had a theater and a large place where we could meet and play bingo. In the bistro we had happy hour every Friday. It was very nice. Most of the staff members were OK. They took good care of my husband. They had everything to help everyone. They had activities and they took us out to visit places, which was nice.

About Creve Coeur Assisted Living & Memory Care in Creve Coeur, Missouri
This new assisted living and memory care community offers personalized supportive services that assists the residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and medication reminders. Recognizing the limitations of a one-size-fits-all approach, our staff meets with each resident and their family to identify services based on individual needs and personal lifestyles. Our apartments offer a safe and secure residential environment where residents enjoy their daily lives. Our programs are designed to promote physical, intellectual and social health, all to help foster a sense of independence and well-being. The dining program features the comfort of a fine restaurant-style dining with chef-prepared meals. The affordable month-to-month rental program allows residents to enjoy comfortable living without a restrictive buy-in plan. Our goal is to create a pleasant experience for each person who calls us home. As an alternative to our more advanced memory care program, Creve Coeur Assisted Living and Memory Care offers transitional memory care which is a structured program in an environment is where individuals with mild memory loss can flourish. Because the gradual deterioration of mental functioning or Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) is a condition that affects memory but does not affect the ability to complete daily tasks, activities are designed to provide for meaningful activity, regular exercise and/or mental stimulation, and the need to socialize with peers and friends.

I had a very good tour at Creve Coeur Assisted Living & Memory Care. I'm planning if things work out to go into Creve Coeur Assisted Living. I was very happy with what I saw. It's a relatively new facility and the insides were very, very nice. The amenities were very good. It doesn't have a lot of outside ground, but it has some patio areas. The man who showed me around was Chris, the sales director. He gave a very good tour and a very good explanation. He did not rush you. He let you look at things, and he answered all my questions and a few more that I didn't know I had. The dining area was very nice. What I liked about it is that you could order from the menu, just restaurant style, and you could choose different things whereas a lot of the places just have a meal and you get what they give you. You can have it in the dining room or you can have it in your apartment. What I saw was very good, very well kept and clean.

Creve Coeur Assisted Living and Memory Care looks very clean, well-organized, and very open. The room was very nice, and it also has hardwood floors. I didn't meet many of the staff, but they have a theater and a workout room. They have on-site physical therapy; it's very nice. Victor, the one who gave me the tour, was very personable and knowledgeable about the facility.

I went to Creve Coeur Assisted Living & Memory Care, and it was really nice. The woman who took me on a tour was very helpful, very nice, and I saw that it was a beautiful place. Its in a city setting. My mom is not a city person, but other than that, I wouldnt mind having her go there. It was too expensive and we cant afford it.

Our experience with Creve Coeur has been really good. My mom is comfortable, but my dad had a difficult time adjusting. The people have been very kind, patient, and receptive to suggestions and our needs. We were able to set their room up like they're almost at home. There's enough space for them to move around. They had activities that Mom and Dad enjoy going to and the place is very clean. I had a meal with my parents once and the food was good and served hot.

My aunt has been at Creve Coeur since October, and things were going well. My primary reason is it's a walking distance from my house, and they have a memory care unit. They have a bus that takes people to the mall, they have movie nights, and they would go out to museums. There's a beauty parlor, a little workout area, a movie theater, Bingo, and lots of options for the people. They serve 3 meals and snacks. I have been happily surprised by the staff. They really seemed to care about the people, they're engaged, they're warm, and they're patient; that's great.

We were very impressed with Creve Coeur. The staff was very good, it’s very clean, and the experience was very positive. They had a wide variety of activities and played bingo. Every week, they do what they call a mystery trip in which the assisted living shuttle take them to certain place each week, and they don’t know where they are going. This week, they went to some attractions here in St. Louis and different places and other little trips like a Sunday drive to find ice cream places and restaurants. The dining area is very good, and the food is fine.

Creve Coeur Assisted Living & Memory Care was real nice, shiny, and pretty. In one of the rooms, they even had a washer. I didn't see a lot of people, but they seemed nice. It was really clean, and the grounds were beautiful. I did not see anybody doing anything in the whole place, so maybe they can improve on their group activities. The rooms were beautiful and gorgeous. It looked like a model home, not like assisted living.

The room in Creve Coeur was very nice. The staff was informative, and helpful. The dining area was very nice. They have a menu to choose from, and that was nice. They have a little coffee shop which was neat, they have a hair dressing place, and an exercise room.

Creve Coeur was a nice community. The staff seemed friendly. The layout was nice, they didn’t have a 2-bedroom unit, but the room was well appointed.

Me and my husband moved to Creve Coeur about two weeks ago. We chose this facility because it was clean and new. It also seemed to have a lot of the things that we wanted to have. The place seemed very nice. The people are friendly. There are lots of activities to do every day. One disappointment might be is the food. It’s not as good maybe it could be.

Creve Coeur Assisted Living & Memory Care was beautiful, and they seemed to be very caring. I think it would be a lovely place to live. The rooms and apartments were very nice. They had a lot of safety features. They had a beautiful dining room. It was more like a hotel than a home.

My mother has been in Creve Coeur for six weeks now, and I'm very happy with it. I don't have any complaints. They have three meals a day.
