We moved into The Waters of Eden Prairie. Everything seemed to fall into place as far as the timing of moving in there because they had the place ready, the size that we were looking for, and the location that we were looking for. The staff members seem to be very efficient and know what they're doing. Time-wise, they're able to accommodate us pretty much on our schedule, so we're very pleased with the staff. We have our own kitchen, so we can eat in our room. We also have a restaurant where we can eat. They have activities.

The best thing about The Waters of Eden Prairie is that it's beautiful. The least thing about them I would say was poor communication with management. My sister lived there for one month. They need to improve better communication with management. The staff was very pleasant, though. They had activities, but my sister wasn't able to participate. They had the usual amenities like exercise room, exercise equipment, and a bistro where you can have coffee.

We toured the Waters of Eden Prairie, and we were pleased with everything. We liked it a lot. The staff member knew everybody by name. The food was excellent and they had lots of different clubs and activities and transportation, and everything that you'd want. It was clean. They answered all our questions and it was affordable. The food was good. It didn't have eye-appeal so much, but it had a great flavor. They cut it up real small for the residents.

I toured The Waters of Eden Prairie for independent living. I found it to be quite comparable to other places I visited. It had a nice layout and nice people. It's right across the street from a big shopping center. Not as busy as some but come the Christmas shopping season, the traffic around there is going to be miserable. I think it was them that had a huge elevator cab. You could have a ballroom dance there or something. I might be exaggerating but not too much because it's really big. I went to see both their 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms. I think they have small 1-bedrooms and big 1-bedrooms. They're sort of what I was expecting and they were, at the time, just unfurnished rooms. Just empty shells, so to speak. It looked pleasant and nice. I think, on occasion, they have a bus going out to outings and restaurants. That's usually what I'm game for. If it's shopping at Walmart, I'm not a Walmart fan. It's not forced on you though. You can go if you want to go.

The Waters of Eden Prairie is an overall great facility, and the staff is exceptional. We've looked at the one-bedroom and we also looked at the one-bedroom plus den. Both were very nice, with fireplaces inside, and all that stuff. They were very nice individual apartments. We thought that the place was very nice. The big thing they had was a shuttle to take anybody anywhere. There was a calendar of events and things that they had on it. It seemed they had a lot of different stuff going on, and activities that the people could partake in if they wanted to. I think overall it seemed like it was a pretty active community where they could get in and do as much as they wanted. It's basically just about everything that we needed for my mom.

I toured The Waters of Eden Prairie for my mother. It was very nice, and very beautiful. It's been newly refurnished, and they got everything that my mother would need. I only met one person, and that was the person giving us the tour. She's very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very open. The place is very beautiful, very clean and very new. It is close to my home.

I toured The Waters of Eden Prairie. The person who gave me the tour was excellent. They sent me home with a pie, and it was excellent. It was good, it was beautiful, and the apartments were spacious. They had fireplaces, lots of closets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. It was top notch; I just can't afford it. They had everything there.

I went to The Waters of Eden Prairie (Formerly The Colony). They seemed to have good customer service, they're pleasant, and trying to do their best to adapt to the Covid restrictions. I like them. The staff seemed good. The people seemed friendly. The apartments were clean, bright, and spacious. They had a nice outdoor patio, and a lot of the apartments had outdoor decks.

The Colony is lovely with three floors and relatively new, with nice, large, sunny apartments. My mom has only been there for a month, but we're very satisfied with them. Theyve done concerts, exercise class in the morning, library, and book club, and offer transportation to local shopping. The food is really good. We're very happy.

I'm living at The Colony, and I am very happy here. Everything is good. The dining area is lovely. The food is good, and I am happy. My apartment is exactly what I wanted; I love it. They offer so many activities that I can't take part in all of them, but exercise is my favorite. I would recommend this facility because I am happy here.

The rooms at The Colony are very nice. It's top notch. The staff is very good. The food is adequate. They have a library. They have workout rooms, and they go on trips. The best thing is the location. It's across the street from a major shopping center. They could improve mainly on the food.

My dad liked The Colony, it's real good. There are two dining rooms in different floors. There's even a little café, they have snacks at different times, he likes that. He got into 1-bedroom, adequate closets. It has windows so it's not real dark, he got some daylight coming in. They have a billiard table, they have a game room and they have different events in there throughout the year. The staff is real good, they're friendly and accommodating.

My children chose The Colony at Eden Prairie for me because it's new and they have an elderly waiver. I got a two-bedroom apartment with two bath. It is spacious and lovely. The staff here are wonderful. The food is pretty good. The dining room is very nice. They have a few activities, but it's hard to break in for somebody who is new to the facility like me. I'm satisfied here, but not happy.

My husband stays in this nursing home. I decided to bring him here because its the cleanest of all that I've seen. The building is pleasant, it has patios with grass all around and the surrounding is very nice. He stays in a room where there's a bed, a big table, chair, a sink and a bathroom. I can see that the care given by the personnel is just adequate. However, to provide better service, this nursing home should add more trained nurses. In addition, they should also pay more attention to their residents.
