The Memory Care unit workers lack training and motivation. They put the residents in front of the TV and rarely interact, spending hours on their phones or watching movies on a computer pad. Residents are left with feces on their hands and on their beds. They goes hours without being changed. Beware!

Rooms are good, the facility nice and cleanly taken care of. But, that's not the whole story. Beware; care is inconsisent for those that require more than the minimun level of care. So hard to keep good caretakers, high staff turnover that affects the care. My loved one is at the absolute highest need of care and yet I am the one that has to be there every single day to make sure cares are completed, meds given in the correct way. I have many meetings with management and I am just tired of not getting anywhere with very little improvement. For the cost of care; it does not seem we are getting what we pay for. At the moment the food service and dining area is having a hard time keeping up with the demand. Quality of food was good, but seems to be slipping. The software the RA's have to use to do their job does not give them sufficent information to do their jobs correctly (the ones that care) and is very hard to read and make sense of, no wonder there are errors.
