Inexperienced staff. Lack of / or no communication between each staff member, and us. Not calling us when our dads health deteriorated. Dad died alone there and still no one called us. Staff on phones while residents were unsupervised walking and eating. Witnessed one resident almost choke. Was told "he has teeth".Many residents with UTI's. Improper care

I've chosen Country Living Senior Care for my mother. It's smaller, and there are two nurses that own it. It's a really high thing because we were looking for more professional workers instead of just random help off the street. The room was a small quarter like the bathroom was right around the corner. There's a closed-in deck off the back. The staff was very open, helpful, and very accommodating. They take the Medicaid waiver. They have activities in the afternoon from 1:00 to 3:00 every day. They meet independent needs like they have someone going to the mailbox every day. They have them folding laundry and just helping out with daily tasks.
