The rooms were extremely clean. The staff checked on me hourly. I had an immediate response when I used my call light. I can not give ALL of the staff higher praises. I has there because I broke my jaw. It was the perfect for my rehabilitation!!! Thanks team Provincial!

My wife is at ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. I am not happy with them at all. Some of the nurses are good. Other nurses and aides, you see them one time when they come in, and then you don't see them again for 3 or 4 hours. My wife is on a special diet because of medical problems, and every time she gets her tray, she has to ask for cream, coffee, or something like that. Their food is nasty. The only good thing is the girls that work in the rehab department, who are very caring and take care of my wife. They've done above and beyond what they had to do to try to get her back so she could come home. When my wife first went in, they put her in a small bed, and she almost fell out of it. Then they got her a bigger bed. Her room was good. She's got a two-person room, but she's the only one in it, so she's got plenty of room. They come in every day and clean. She has no problems with her room at all. The facility is good. It's a nice place. They come in and take my wife down to rehab once a day for about an hour. I think they should do it twice a day for an hour each time. The insurance company is paying for everything.

I visit my aunt once a week and every single time I walk through the doors there is a strong odor of urine. Its very unpleasant. When I visit my aunt the floors are always dirty and today there was a bloody bandage on the floor. Who knows how long that was laying there. The staff does not greet you, it takes forever for them to attend to the light being on. My aunt does not do any activities i dont even think they try to get her to interact. They don't get there food on time. If you can prevent you family member from being here you should!!!

Food is awful and they feed everyone together, which is inappropriate and depressing for higher functioning residents.

My mother has been there almost a year now. The food is really not too good. Things have been taken from her room. The care she does get is not too bad. They need to hire more staff. Mother has fallen twice trying to go to the bathroom by herself. She waited so long for someone to come help her. She couldn't wait anymore.

My husband has been at Provincial House in Adrian for a bit more than a week due to having rehab for a herniated disc. He and I are both pleased with the nursing staff and the CNAs who are attending to him. They are prompt when he uses his call light and are very pleasant in their job. So far, I would give this facility and A+ and would recommend it to friends and family if needed.

The caregivers are wonderful. No complaints. However: the food sucks. the rooms are dark, like little caves. There is a thief that runs among them and stole my mothers bracelet. I'm not at all fond of the physical theraphist. To busy talking amongst themselves which distracts the patients. Needless to say we got less than stellar service. We are soon bringing Mom home.
